Charter still sucks for not letting me have a static IP unless I get their "Business" package.
Today is probably a lucky day for me. Download caps at 1 mb/s and upload caps at 100 kb/s usually. Freaking Charter.

Nah, in order for me to obtain more subjects for my studies, I must go down and speak to a person at this building. Problem is same for everyone else so yea, tend to be quite a few people waiting lol.
