What do you guys do when in a slump

Well, if you have an idea for the picture itself, but dont know what the character in it could look like, try the online character generators in http://danbooru.donmai.us/pool/show/1577 You just need to a. be able to read japanese, b. have a friend who can read japanese or c. use google translate and get some bizarre things.
I once drew using that one, it was kinda fun.
But this time I got an idea for a picture (kaichou wa maid-sama! fanart), drew the picture and now I have to start shading. I just cant get the coloring look good. It looks like total shit. I havent drawn much lately (I have only finished one picture this year) and I think that I have my expectations too high. As if I dont remember how good I'm at drawing.
Now that I have tried to color the picture for like weeks I'm way too frustrated to do anything.
Since its the skin I cant shade correctly now, I think I should try clothes, hair or some other part for now.
If I still cant do anything about it, I guess I'll just post the lineart here just in case if anyone wants to try his/her skills in it and forget about coloring it myself.
Sucks that my biggest motivation booster is expensive and illegal.[/h]
Edit:
Just realized something. As many people know, music affects on how you feel. You may get really annoyed if listening to music you dont like, and if you're annoyed, most likely you cant draw well. Or if you listen to sad music, you get sad.
And when you listen to your very favorite kind of music, you get happy, you feel good in many ways and most importantly you feel more motivated to do Anything. And those are very important things when drawing.
For the last few months (or more like an year or 2) I've mostly been listening to my boyfriends favorite music. I like most of the bands he does too, but they are not number 1 on my list.
I just put on some music, thinking only about Myself (which I rarely do) and I feel more motivated, active and all. Coloring the picture I mentioned before doesnt feel so bad, so I'm coloring it, starting from what I think is the easiest thing to color: hair.
Wish me luck~ If I get something at least almost good out of it, I'll show it to you guys when its ready.
(also, I just like walls of text, its not that I'm lonely or anything :< )[/h]

I get in a slump when I've got nothing to do or if I'm not needed by any one.
The most common way I get out of it is find some thing to do or get needed by some one, but I find the most usefull thing to do is avoid any entertainment media (except music) because it tends to reduce my creativity & normaly if needed or I'm busy doing some thing I avoid them naturally.
