Hmmm... usually just plain ones, ruffled or not. Whatever works. :)
Just experiment, I guess? I dunno, I like the nice crunch it gives to the otherwise squishy hotdog! :)

I enjoy the usual kraut/Onion/Mustard/Relish combo as my standard fare if I can get it.
Weirder attempts include leftover curry or tonkatsu sauce, both of which are surprisingly good.
Baked beans and ranch works fine too.
