Crushed and diced jalapenos, melted cheese (or cream cheese, whichever is available), tomato ketchup, and mustard, in that order. I call it "Pimento Royale".But you don't add pimento which is what I find funny about the name.

Lettuce, cheese, ketchup, mustard and sweet relish if it's available. Sometimes, hot sauce if I'm in the mood.

Immature maize shoots accumulate a powerful antibiotic substance, DIMBOA (2,4-dihydroxy-7-methoxy-1,4-benzoxazin-3-one). DIMBOA is a member of a group of hydroxamic acids (also known as benzoxazinoids) that serve as a natural defense against a wide range of pests including insects, pathogenic fungi and bacteria. DIMBOA is also found in related grasses, particularly wheat. A maize mutant (bx) lacking DIMBOA is highly susceptible to be attacked by aphids and fungi. DIMBOA is also responsible for the relative resistance of immature maize to the European corn borer (family Crambidae). As maize matures, DIMBOA levels and resistance to the corn borer decline.
Because of its shallow roots, maize is susceptible to droughts, intolerant of nutrient-deficient soils, and prone to be uprooted by severe winds.[11]

Yep, I know... *sigh* No matter how hard I find, I can't find a good pimento in my local grocery market that's aromatic enough like the ones I find in my pimiento sandwich spreads. And also, it ain't that spicy, it's sweet. Red bell peppers won't cut it either. So I tried jalapenos (both green and red) and it worked almost as fine, smells fine and tastes like pimento, only spicier. On second thought, I should've added "Faux".
Probably I can procure some in the future for my hotdogs.

Sorry for the late reply (I don't visit this forum often), but yeah, brown sauce is essentially the UK variant of what you'd call steak sauce. Brown sauce isn't generally used with steak, though, rather with sausage, bacon, burgers, fries etc, so I imagine that they taste slightly different.
