Love me some Sci-Fi. (with other genre's mixed in, like Comedy/Drama)
Like .hack or SOA, getting stuck in a game.. with our current world that doesn't seem all that insane of an idea.
Then back to my original favourites like FMA. <3 I own so much memorabilia from that. @o@; I'm going to lob that into Sci-Fi, as I don't want to pick doubles.

Comedy is a main factor in anime Nyan Koi is one of the best comedys ever also Demon King Diamo but I'm not picky I'm an all around guy.

I don't like any one genre specifically over another. many of my favorites are combinations of many different genre. the most important thing though, is a good story. I really have to say though, this year has been a really good year for anime. Sword Art Online, Accel World, Dog Days 2, Arcana Famiglia, Campione!, Hagure Yuusha no Estetica, Eureka Seven AO.. a lot of good anime all coming out this year.

for anime? it's gotta be action. i don't care if it's shonen or seinen but there has to be nice animation sequences or else what's the point? i'll just read the manga if it's not interesting to watch. (with that being said, i'll also be willing to exchange action for an impressive visual style) also audio quality has to be good, so if the dubbing is annoying that's a major minus. good music helps though.

Romance, all the way. Shuffle! is by far my favourite anime. It left me crying so hard that I needed to go and bend metal things just to feel like a man again.

99% of the time I watch romance animes i do watch some mainstream ones like One Piece every once in a while but as far as my favorites go Ah! My Goddess is my favorite hands down.

Considering the fact that I'm on a hentai doujin site, I would expect ecchi to be on the top of the list. Now I'm just glad we're all not perverts. Comedy is awesome. Ecchi comedy CAN be awesome, but it almost always reduces the comedic value through lame attempts to make perversion seem funny when it isn't. I see romance is on top of the list though, and that makes me wonder...where are the Kokoro Connect hentai doujins?! I know it's not full-on romance, but haven't a lot of us been waiting for one? I respect the series, but I honestly want to see the scenario that I'm hoping would happen had the hentai tag been slapped on to it. I just know it will come sooner or later, I know this site never disappoints...well, except for massive influx of NTR on some days.
