Comedy. Not sure what my favorite would be but Binbougami Ga, Joshiraku, and Yuru Yuri are definitely up there.

My favorite genre is Drama, and my favorite anime is School Days. ^^' Don't judge me by that anime. It was touching to me.

Mecha. Gundam series are favorites but if i had to pick one, it would probably be Gundam Seed for flashing blades.

Fantasy, mainly because this offers the majority of medieval culture, more so than other genre's, and when they aren't that they usually tend to be interesting anyway.

My favorites are genre busting, deconstructions, and fantasy. Basically I love it when I show presents me with a world I've never seen before and shows me a new way of thinking. Having cute girls and hot guys helps too! XD

Well Mecha is my overall favorite. But when I am searching for new animes to watch I'll include Action, Comedy, Ecchi, Sci-Fi, Shounen, Romance, Drama, and Fantasy in my search. I will watch Shoujo animes if they are a Romantic-Comedy. But definitely in my opinion the best animes fall under the Action-Shounen-Comedy-Romance-Drama-Mecha(mecha can be replaced with either Fantasy or Sci-Fi) genre!

If I had to pick it would be Romance/School life/Fantasy/Drama type stuff or whatever. Like Clannad, Air TV, and Kanon.

Gintama! Comedy, Action and a great plot, and no one can complain about fillers since 80% is 1 episode plots and the other 20% contains all the action in greats arcs!

anything that is not to kiddy really and i can't really narrow it down because their are so many i like but i can give a few of my top favs them being Gundam 08thMS Team and the Gundam seed Series, Hellsing, Black Lagoon Rurouni Kenshin, some times Naruto thats just a few of my top ones lol.

Action and sci-fi ive always really enjoyed trigun and cowboy bebop, and ill pretty much watch anything with mechs

I would have to say Action, Adventure, Fantasy, Romance, Science Fiction, Seinen, Thriller; mainly because my favorite anime is definitely Sword Art Online.
