But, remember, brainy is the new sexy.Hmm, so, gentlemanly, brainy, and muscular/well-toned. It seems women are just as picky if not more so.

We are picky, but with how many scummy jerks there are now, it's good to be picky. Not to mention the girls who aren't picky get called whores. There's a hard balance to find.
As for what I find sexy, it's really relevant to the guy, some guys look better in different styles of clothes, different attitudes suit each guy differently, and physical features are a combination, sure I like tall guys, but I've dated shorter guys with great smiles too. I've dated a guy who wore boots and band tees as well as a guy who wore collared shirts and nice shoes. To ask specifics, of course we will end up sounding picky. But when it comes down to it, my real preference is a man comfortable with himself, his style and has a pretty positive outlook on things. Confidence, not arrogance is appreciated. At the end of the day, if you just dress how you are comfortable, do what you enjoy, and behave in a manner you find respectable, you'll meet someone that fits with you. You can't force things or change yourself to be what a few women claim to find sexy.

Okay. Many girls/womenlike the bad boy type of guys because of the domination, the "manliness" and security. Also, they like guys with a well-toned body (nice abs, shoulders and those sexy lines). Some women find it sexy when guys are witty and smart. Oh! Being a gentleman is the new sexy! Last, but not the least, men who are good with sex are also sexy!I believe you forgot men who have money, I found it strange you would leave it out of your post! (lol all joking of course)
If men and women had expectations so high on both sides then nobody would ever get in a relationship since people often do not have every single thing on the long list of being picky on both sides.

Looks were important to me when I first began dating, but now, I'm very happy with my relationship :-) (I dated two guys who were considered "hot" but they lacked personality, sincerity, and were pretty much what I saw as "fake" i.e. needing to act a particular way within a social situation or presence of someone). What attracted me to him was, to summarize: I was able to be myself and not change anything, and his realistic/down to earth personality. The most important is he is able to compromise and communicate. I had a lot of ups and downs in this relationship (family dissaproval, blood, tears, etc.). My advice: only date if you're serious and thinking about the long-term goals/commitment. It's not something you can "explore" or mess around with. Leads to many broken hearts. Learn to compromise as well (it's tough to do sometimes, but it's something that I'm learning everyday from living with him). After all, you cant have everything in a relationship.

Incorrect. Sapiosexual is an attraction purely based on intellect or personality. She has physical traits that she likes more, braininess is just a long-term dealbreaker for a relationship. I.e. She'd probably have sex with a stupid yet attractive guy, but would only choose to marry an intelligent one.

All woman are different just as all guys are different. Be yourself and attract what is 'sexy' to the both of you. Topics like this is what make the nerd begin to act like the jock because, in this case, its sexy.

*fans self* oh sweet I can apply my Otome game knowledge here!
I'm a fan of dark hair, height (178+ cm) and a trained body. I'm not talking a rippling abs (swoon) and bulging muscles and muscles within muscles. Suits are a favourite of mine. Semi-casual clothes gets me going too. I really really like ties as well. Tasteful clothes like a simple shirt and a pair of jeans is good enough. But it comes down to it, it really boils down to the face! Handsome guys ftw!
A confident guy who's not afraid to joke about being arrogant. The type who knows what he wants and will at least try to get what he wants. I hate wishy washy types who think they have to ask for permission for anything and just won't act on what they want. A playful guy who will joke around with me and just accept what I do is fine. They don't have to go make my hobbies their hobbies, but as long as they'll let me do what I want (maybe tease me a bit for it) is attractive.
Occasionally affectionate. Someone who's smart and can help me. If they can balance between being serious and playful with me, that'll be awesome. Most of all, they have to be FUN to be around. I get bored easily, and if they can keep my attention, they're a keeper themselves :D
Tl;dr tall handsome guys who are confident and fun to be around.

So do some women really like a guy that's hairy? I kind of have to admit I fit some of the popularly said aspects like being tall (I'm around 6'3) and I don't really have the straightest hair, but it's pretty long and voluminous. I don't know about the muscle tone though, most of the time I feel like my arms are quite thin lol.

Body Hair on a guy is an indicator of testosterone levels. [It's one of the hormones that triggers hair growth] Women like men to look like men, they just don't want to take your shirt off and see Sasquatch. A smooth back with a treasure trail/trimmed-but-moderately-sized patch of chest hair, and hair on arms and legs. HAIR, not LET'SBRAIDTHISSHIT. I also feel uncomfortable if a guy has no armpit or pubic hair. First off, your junk looks weird bald. It may look bigger, it also looks like a strange hairless alien. As long as I can find your testicles, and your bush doesn't get caught in my teeth, you're fine.

If I can actually run my fingers through arm pit/leg hair i'm running away.

I'd even say that a little bit too much hair is better than shaving a bit too much.
