What Would You Do Once You Figure Out That You're Dreaming?

Sometimes in our sleep we dream, we wake up and we forget. Sometimes we don't forget. And even sometimes we can realize that we are actually just in a dream. So what would you do, if you figure out that you're in your dream? Are you able to take control of it? and for how long? or you would just want to wake up? Are you able to control your dream IF you know that you're in a dream?
