What's your "deal breaker"?

You find the ideal boyfriend/girlfriend and then BAM! he/she do or say something that makes you think: "Well, after knowing this, can we still work well together?, maybe she's not the person I thought he/she is" (had in mind that you can't change that from that person's mind or undo whatever he/she made)

Please don't say "If he/she cheated on me" becaue thats the standard awnser.

In my case pretty much if she is disrespectful to me (I have a little of self-esteem) or my parents and brother, for me thats the END.

Also I don't know if there is a thret already about this, so my mistake if there was already one.

If she worships Satan by sucking out the blood of goats while sacrificing hot Asian chicks.

Though just the hot Asian chicks part. Such a waste.

I have quite a few:
1) Does drugs (of course, I don't mean drugs he/she needs for medical reasons)/drinks alcohol in excess
2) Doesn't want children in the future
3) Is against or completely uninterested in the idea of adoption
4) Isn't interested in marriage
5) Is sexist/homophobic/racist/etc
6) Is addicted to pornography / would rather masturbate on his/her own then have sex
7) Is an extremely devout practicer of _(insert religion/spirituality here)_
8) Does not encourage me to reach my own goals - ex: wants me to quit school/work in order to be a housewife
9) Is not faithful
10) Is controlling and emotionally/physically abusive
11) Not interested in travel whatsoever
12) Is irresponsible with money
13) Can't keep down a job

Basically, everything I bolded. There may be more, but can't think of them yet.

You guys do know that you'll just have a deal breaker with anything that completely violates one of your ideals right?

That it's a silly question to ask because there is no one deal breaker you'll have but many many ones.

A better thread would have been "What did you end up discovering was a deal breaker in surprise?".

I suppose one would be if they simply refused to accept that I have different interests and that I would like to keep up with them during the relationship.

-If she is rude to me, my parents or any of my family/ disrespectful to them.
-takes drugs/ smokes. My current girlfriend used to smoke... She keeps asking me when she's drunk if she can have a ciggarette.. and i keep telling her no, she asks me why, even after when she was sober she said, if she was in my position, and she smoked, she'd dump herself (if that makes sense) And she still asks me why not..
-Lies about major things.. I mean, not like oh, she spent some of her money on something she likes... like lying about doing drugs or something..
-Makes fun of my driving or certain other things.. (I mean, i've crashed my car once, if people bag me out about that, it makes me want to hit them tbh)
-Can't keep a job
-Is sexist/racist/homophobic (my work atm is pretty weird, we all act pretty gay :| ) Of course, having said that, My friends and I call each other 'nigger' a lot, even though we are white.. and we don't mean it in a racist fashion, so i suppose racism varies.. depending on person to person..
-Doesn't encourage me to follow my dreams. I really want to get into a certain job at the moment, one which is a huge pain in the ass.. but at the moment, i'm more just trying to get a decent job to support rent and shit... if i can get the job i want, bonus.
-Is controlling, OVERLY clingy, and doesn't let me do anything i want, nor let me see friends.. my current girlfriend is good, as she is a bit clingy, but not so much that it's uncomfortable.. like one of my ex's wouldn't let me do anything, all she'd want is to hang out, and by anything i mean i was trying to fix my car, to get to and from school... she would get pissy if i said i was fixing the car/ didn't go and hang out with her.. she was controlling..
-Doesn't accept me for me, and tries to change me.. like, i play games constantly, i play sports, i enjoy driving.. I would hate it if my girlfriend decided that playing games was stupid, and forced me to stop altogether..

My only massive deal breaker is if the girl is dumb.

Any form of bigotry, really is mine... I can stand most vices like jealousy, or substance use (not abuse!), but general refusal to be open-minded will have you out of my metaphorical bed so damn fast...

the deal breaker for me would be trust issues. I don't ever want to be with a girl that does not trust me again. My ex would never believe me. through her own insecurites, that was a big part of our relationships failing. She always thought I was meeting other girls and would cheat on her (she had a couple of bad relationships in the past). She never realized how dedicated I was to her. when we were going out for two years I gave up all porn (stopped visiting this site for that whole time) I went to school and would always bring her up in conversations at school (nothing bad or anything, I would just tell new people about her and all the things we do together and how much fun we have because I was so infatuated with her at the time). She was the only person I ever really wanted to be with (and to this day I still sort of do) but she never believed that.

One time I got a random wrong number call from someone and she somehow was looking at my phone and recent calls and she honestly thought I was cheating on her because of one random wrong number. After that I started deleting all my recent calls of numbers I did not know. I started having to be more secretive about trivial stuff for no reason because I knew she would get jealous and in the end it was making me be something I did not want to be.

Also one more deal breaker: if she says she no longer wants to make promises of being together forever. I mean, you can never tell if a relationship is ever going to last but if you still don't try to believe that it will then there is a good chance it is not going to work out well.

I could list some things that I highly dislike in a girl, but most of them can be overcome if I really wanted to.

The only real "deal breaker" I have is a lack of loyalty. I can overcome smoking, I can overcome stupidity, I can overcome a bad personality, but if she"s not loyal, I don't even consider her

If she is easily jealous. It is and would be the only thing i would hate to have in women.
