Where do you look when you walk?
When I walk somewhere, I look...

I noticed that when I walk, I usually look down, and my brother usually looks to the right abit.
Where do you look when you are walking?
(this is a VERY stupid question... I know.)

Generally to the front, but I look around me a lot, and I tend to zone out some of the time. It makes the walk go by faster when I'm walking from place to place.

Mostly down during the day, to get the sun out of my face. At night, it just roams around, taking in the lights.

I was genuinely thinking about making a thread about this the other day but I thought it might be weird. Glad I'm not the only one who thinks about these kinds of things.
I always used to look down when walking but I've been looking upstraight ahead when I walk for a couple of years now. Had to look down a bit today though because of the strong winds blowing dust and stuff in my eyes. Ended up having one of my eyes bloodshot for a bit afterwards from rubbing it.

Being able to talk to people everyday (Over the internet) is rather therapeutic, and it's showing; I can talk to strangers without going tomoko on them... thank you everyone.
OT: I look down

Just realised I made a mistake, I meant to pick straight ahead. I thought that's what up was, I didn't see straight ahead the first time...

People look in general directions? I only really look at things or people, whatever catches my attention.

I always look down. it started when i was very young because i used to trip and fall a lot, and we've always had at least three dogs and i was tired of stepping in their shit everytime i went out back. i still do because i keep finding cool shit on the ground.
so far, i've found over $200(biggest bill was a 50), weed four or five times, speed once, a key to one of those big blue mailboxes(i dropped it inside after i tried it because fucking with US mail is fedral crime), two folding knives(one nice, one a piece of crap), and lots of other things i can't recall at the moment.
i've been told(mostly by women) that always looking down is victim body language and an invitation to be attacked. i've also heard from people that before they met me, they thought my always looking down was kind of creepy, like i was a psyco or something who was mumbling to myself or possibly on the verge of flipping out.

I usually look down. Mostly because I just don't trust the ground ahead of me :). If I do look up it just ends up being me looking straight ahead. But I like to know where I'm stepping and thus trying to make sure I don't trip over something.

Down to see where i'm stepping and straight, i like to look at people and things that may call my attention.

Down when the sun's out. Straight ahead or looking around any other time.
