Where would you go in a zombie apocalypse?

So someone has a 'what weapon ' would you use in a zombie apocalypse thread. What about where? Not much point in the what if there isn't a set where.

I'd head for the nearest nuclear power plant.

-Nukes are always placed near an ample freshwater source
-Ample backup power (generators/fuel)
-Conceivably could be operated by a small group of people at a low power setting
-The armory would likely have a good stock of 5.56x45mm ammunition
-Moderate-Heavily fortified. What keeps terrorists out also keeps out the undead. :3

You don't think that the power plant will have zombies inside it already? Power plants don't run themselves. They require constant upkeep and observation especially Nuclear ones. I wouldn't be surprised if it was having a meltdown caused by some panicked worker.

I haven't seen a zombie manga/anime/movie/show where zombies could swim. I'd pack up up and live the beach life on an island even if my stomach turns just from the smell of seafood. Of course, I would occasionally go back to the mainland to keep on bringing new supplies and defensive items.

Just saying, at the first sign of trouble a Nuke crew would shut the thing down cold and lock-up tight. Either there would be people inside welcome to fresh faces or they'd be dead and it would be a matter of making one hole and plugging it back-up once inside.

There's this shelf in my closet that's high enough to keep zombies from reaching me; It's big enough to sleep on too.

Stay at home after I get supplies, if it gets too hectic I'd keep on the move.

This or probably the prison in the town near mine.

Zombies don't have any sort of body heating system since they are dead, so they'll freeze before they can get to me!

OT: Probably on a big boat that I can manage myself. I can have fresh seafood, a place to sleep and water storage. Then I could just trade with people who thought of escaping to the islands if I ever get tired of eating seafood.

I'd just get a bunch of supplies and stay home. If it's cold, then they'll just freeze back to death. If it's warm, their bodies will rapidly decay. So long as I don't do something stupid like hook up a gigantic stereo system, their rotted ears and eyes will be hard-pressed to find me. If they even still have their ears and eyes, that is.

What a bunch of pussies who rely on their security at home. I'd leave my home and get out to kill all the zombies using a nail clipper.

Some where freezing cold might be a good idea their limbs would probably fall off and they would become frozen stiff as well since they don't keep warm.

Theres a gun store right down the street from where I live. Can never go wrong with that.
