It really depends mostly on the examples given. Do you mean 2d anime and 3d asians? Cuz if so, 2d wins by a land slide (I'm one of the veeeeery few people on the planet with no fetish for Asian girls. Hell, you could almost see it as a reverse-fetish, ie turnoff). If you mean just in general, 3d would win.
