I really had to think about this one. 2-D girls are always pretty while 3-D ones can be butt ugly. But bad things can happen if you try to shag a piece of paper, VERY bad things. In the end it is 2-D, because you will have to resort to a 3-D girl eventually so why spoil the fun?
