Why do people hate A7X?

For starters. Do you even like rock or metal? or listened to a few of their songs?
If you don't you could listen to Seize the day or Far away. Soft stuff. But if you really don't like them that's okay.
Okay, I've typed and retyped this post several times, as It's kind of.. difficult to describe what I'm into. The truth is... I'm into -a lot-. But I'd have to say that I listen to Grunge, Punk Cabaret, and Alternative/Indie/Awesome Shit from Canada type music the most. However, I'm really really drawn to the more epic and grandiose subgenres of metal. Black/Blackened Death Metal specifically. Hypocrisy is in my opinion, the gold standard to which I compare black metal bands to. I like to feel an impending sense of doom when I listen to metal. I also love Amon Amarth, and various odds and ends in the Viking/Pirate metal market. I'm obsessed with Nightwish, Depeche Mode, and Amanda Palmer. I listen to Metric whenever I'm in the mood for inconsequential background noise. Which is often.

Those are really good tastes (but please tell me you don't like Nightwish's new vocalist). Keep listening to the GoodEpicAndAwesomeShit you like.

I begrudgingly accept her presence, as I am an eternal follower of the Great and Awesome Tuomas. It's still his band. It's still awesome. She's improving slightly, but I'd like to see her get some Operatic Training.

Seize the day was a pretty good song, I kinda dear god too but I never really delved much more into this band, I don't really have a reason, it just never happened...
Anyways I'm not the kind of person that goes to listen a band that is already really popular, once again I don't really have a reason I prefer supporting underground or independent artists, my god that sounds hipster.
