The thing is though, this can honestly be applied not only to women but men as well, and it's just a result of them having low self esteem, major trust issues, maybe a bit of both, etc. It's definitely not a woman only problem though. People especially who have been cheated on or betrayed in prior relationships, really may have trouble fully trusting again.. it is human nature to want to protect yourself from being hurt in any way.
