I've seen that situation often in Animes, and live-sitcoms.
I kinda ................ feel, grudged a bit after those situations sometimes,like Midori no Hibi (Seiji's older, bruiser sister).
Particularly, with the likes of Megan(Drake and Josh).
(While watching Drake and Josh)..................GRRRR, If only Pegasus(Yu-gi-oh) was here. (Mind Scan....)
