Workout routines

I've been working out on a regular basis, but just really got into a true routine a month ago.
My workout routines are based on the foods I eat.
Monday-Friday afternoon I eat an extremely low carb diet, no more than 50g a day (a little cereal bar has like 30g) and I always eat high protein and fat.
My workouts Monday-Thursday are moderate weight lifting tugging at my muscles while they're rebuilding from over the weekend which I'll go into.
Friday is my exhaustion work out, which is a circuit work out with high amounts of reps of low weights to exhaust my muscles but not to tear them to rebuild. I'm ringing my muscles out. After that I eat as many carbs I want all night and all day Saturday.
Sunday is my muscle tearing day of a circuit work out where I lift heavily (and at a higher weight than I normally can because of my muscles pumped full of energy from Friday night and Saturday).
Monday-Thurs is repeated at moderate work outs to tug at muscle groups. One day I may do legs, while another is my chest and triceps, etc, etc.
After a work out I normally run about 20-30 minutes, and on Sunday's I do Yoga.
