In my culture we both take each other names..

In the case of my wife, we said fuck it and use the name shit with the kids.

Teh bf is seriously considering taking my last name. Something about not liking being affiliated with his dad something, plus my name is nicer, IMO. I'm definitely keeping my last name for professional purposes.

I'll most likely take my husband's name, if I were to marry.
I technically have my brother's dad's last name. Not my dad's last name, nor my mother's.
And, while it does have a nice ring to it, there's no background to it.
So, it would be nice to inherit a new one with more meaning.

I'm assuming there's no hyphen in the between them right? that'd be a bit awkward spelling it.

My initials are so close to Blt it's not funny.. I suppose if i ever ask for a sandwhich made from my initials i'll probably get a bacon, lettuce and devon sandwhich.. which doesn't sound overly bad actually.. would be better with tomato probably

I'm not sure, it depends. Since I'm pretty neutral about it, I guess I would if it mattered to my husband. If it doesn't, then I wouldn't because it's so much trouble to remember a new name. And I would have to relearn my signature, too!
