I just watched NXT. Has a new jobber intro and some storylines with Maxine, Bateman and Johnny Curtis.
I like Maxine and Bateman.
And Cole was hilarious on commentary, burying EVERY single rookie and how the show went off course with the challenges.
Though I prefer Regal on commentary with how he speaks about everyone's potential even about people he dislikes.

oh come on, he came back just as fast as Cena came back with that neck injury. I was really hoping he would stay away also.

Well, there go my Royal Rumble dreams. Now it's all pretty much predictable. Orton lays low until the Rumble, comes out at #28 or something, wins the thing while Bryan escapes the cage via crawling out from underneath the ring after being slammed through it by Show and Henry.
Randy feuds with Wade a bit until EC and beats Bryan at Mania. Real nice WWE.

sounds about right along with HHH facing The Undertaker and Punk vs Y2J but i like being proved wrong when it comes to wrestling so i hope i'm wrong, not sure on the MITB during Wrestlemania as well i'm sure i heard somewhere that they was bringing that back to Wrestlemania but then again i forget easily.

Hmm, almost every year there's a wrestler that gives off a certain vibe, or let's say a clue, as to who is really going to win a Royal Rumble match. Last year, it was Alberto del Rio with "it was my destiny to become champion at Wrestlemania" saying, making his "destiny" belief become more "believable"(of course, he was supposed to become champion at Wrestlemania. Edge won it because it was the last match of his career). This year? I think the one wrestler who will win it, based on what I have seen, has been revealed today to be Chris Jericho. His message "This Sunday at the Royal Rumble, it's gonna be the end of the world as you know it" sounds like the sort of statement that gives away the winner of the Rumble, just like Alberto's belief last year.
Why not Randy Orton? Easy. Everyone expects him to win it because the Rumble is going to be held at his hometown. Sometimes, WWE tends to get the expected and turn it upside down because it's expected. My prediction is that the last two contestants of the Rumble will be Randy Orton and Chris Jericho. Why? Well, it will still make people believe Randy is going to win it till the end(he will have a mega huge ovation), and Jericho will win it in a controversial way(this prediction is a bit of a stretch) because it's the perfect way to make him the heel he wants to be, and throwing the hometown hero in such a way would make the audience in the arena boo him. Jericho will take that massive ovation and turn it upside down, it's perfect. After that, Jericho will win it of course and then he will try to troll around with the public like he has been doing so this year. Only this time, people "should" hate him for what he did(WWE sometimes screw these things, an example is when they planned the audience to boo Cena every week and turn him heel because of that. So much for that, so Kane happened...) and thus "becoming" a heel wrestler.
@Cena: That look of "give in to your anger, it makes you strongah!!" face was hilarious. At least with that, the match should sell quite well. If it would have been a "Falls Count Anywhere" match or a "No DQ" match it would have been better, but still it should be pretty good.

it seems Zack Ryder has suffered a Herniated Disc in his back...the chokeslam Kane delivered only aggravated his injury from before. not much else is known at this time.
its a damn shame that it would come to this, Zack not being on TV, Cena trying to be "heel", Orton's come back, Possibly Dolph Ziggler being WWE Champion? say bye bye to your ratings...

Yeah, I know. Sad to see Ryder not being on TV. The amount of support he has is exceptional, it was practically the beginning of his moment. As the case of Dolph Ziggler, I don't think he's going to be headlining Wrestlemania. If Punk loses the title, Ziggler's rein should only last till February 19(Elimination Chamber). That being said, Punk could indeed lose the title, as WWE could test Ziggler's performance(which goes hand-in-hand with the ratings) as champion.
As Cena trying to be heel, he most probably will remain semi-heel. I think it will happen till he accidentally hurts an innocent or something. That way, he will regain his senses and cease that hate mentality(as cheesy as that may sound). It should happen before Wrestlemania, though they could it that hate mentality as Cena's excuse for losing at 'Mania(if he's booked to do so).

I'm glad i don't have to see Ryder for a while, never liked him, always thought he was over-rated. And for Cena "embracing the hate", I think it's awesome, especially how he destroyed Swagger.

Curious and Wondering
So... let's see. Orton's back (which is nice for SD), Cena tries to make scary mad faces, Zack's out with a fictional injury, Triple H will show up next Monday, and jobbers galore on NXT. Not to mention the big funky dinosaur.
RR predictions:
- Daniel Bryan retains
- CM Punk loses
- Cena finally takes a sip of the Hate-o-rade
- Mick Foley will make three appearances in the Rumble... you know it. And Road Dogg. And maybe HHH.
- Chris Jericho wins Royal Rumble

I think the American Dragon will retain as well
though I think Punk will keep the title until at least mania if not before
while I detest Cena with a passion, I think he destroy's Kane and gives into the hate...which is where the story is headed anyway
Mick Foley will appear as mick foley, though I wouldn't put it past him to do it three times. Road Dogg coming back would be a nice surprise, Nash will show up more than likely as Nash. eh HHH probably has to much on his plate at the moment for anything.
I think one of three people will get the win for the rumble...either Jeritroll, Orton or one other random will pull out the victory for the rumble.

- The Miz wins the Rumble (It's time for another #1 winner. Benoit is tainting the record)
- CM Punk retains
- Daniel Bryan retains
- Cena gets DQ after he goes ballistic on Kane

My Royal Rumble predictions:
- Daniel Brian retains, most probably by an error from either Big Show or Henry. Most probably, he will get thrown so hard into the side of the steel cage that the cage will give out and Brian will end up outside(most probably like this somehow). Either way, Bryan will win in a cheap way somehow.
- CM Punk may or may not lose the championship. I said earlier that this could be a chance for WWE to test Ziggler as champion. It's been said that RAW's ratings were low recently, so them trying out some alternatives couldn't hurt. Either way, if this happens, Punk should lose by getting screwed and then win the championship again at the Elimination Chamber.
- Regarding Cena's match, I agree with everyone here. Cena using his rage to defeat Kane and continue that path after the event.
- As for the Rumble's winner, Jericho and Orton will be the last two participants and Jericho should win it. I already posted the reason why I thought of that, as well as that possibility jmason posted before that Foley may appear three times at the Rumble.
