I'm more of the steady guy, taking it slow and making her notice my feeling little by little. Then, when the time's right, I just tell her how I feel. I just don't like it if the girl never knows how I feel, even if she'll reject me, it'll just hurt more if you haven't told her your feelings and she goes out with someone else.

I'm a very shy guy. SUCKS TO BE ME!!! Yeah I can't talk to girls at all unless I am really comfortable with them. I'm working on myself and hope to be more steady.

I am also that shy guy.
I've been texting this girl that I've liked since high school once in a while. She was in a relationship with the valedictorian of my class and he was also in my group of friends. about a month ago it said on her facebook that she was no longer in a relationship and I suddenly had a flash of hope that I may be able to get with her. Unfortunately, being the shy guy that I am, I haven't taken much action at all. All I ever do is have random meaningless conversations with her that lead to nothing.
yeah, it sucks being the shy guy...

Just go for it son. What's the worse that can happen? Just wait a month or two, don't just rush in after a breakup.

Straightforward.
I see no point in wasting time hiding information that is only going to come to light soon enough anyway.

I'm steady with approaching someone...unless I'm feeling abnormally forward. But I think I accidentally choose "shy", lol
I'm generally outgoing and, if I like you, I make it pretty obvious.
Also, I wear my expressions well on my face.
And I usually go for my intellectual fellows, so they can normally tell what I'm feeling from that. Usually.

my 'approach' wasn't on here, so i picked the closest one - shy.
i'm afraid of people in general. people i like especially.
i mean, what if i tell them, and they use it against me somehow at a later date?
/paranoid
really, though, i'm honestly the oblivious type. i can like someone, show all signs of liking that person, but never really realize it until later. ugh.
same goes with someone liking me - i never see it, even if someone else tells me. not until it's pretty much said straight out. =~= otherwise i'm all, "how do you mean?" and stuff, because i am... dumb...
but when it comes to other people, i see it right away. -shrugs-
book smart, romantic dumb - that's me~

1. if i got the vibe when meeting someone new, i ask her contact.
2. Next day: hi again, wanna go for a date for sometime?
and the answer were always yes.

I have found being shy never got me anywhere at all.
Being straightforward has always worked better, and I usually get more positive results out of it.
The steady approach however is a pretty decent way to go if you are unsure.

Shy- I'm an idiot when it comes to reading signs and I usually need be over a 100% sure they like me. Or I just end up being rejected. Straightforward is too much for me. damn you shyness...

According to my past: Shy.
These days: None. I've secluded myself from relationships with someone else.

On an unrelated note. I have recently realised that I should never wear my Love Plus Nene T-shirt when talking to a girl I like. Apparently when I do (heard this 2nd hand) she starts thinking I am some kind of creep/nerd/desperate/sexual predator etc.
Back on topic! I usually do slow and steady and then straightforward which so far has ended with rejection! I blame the T-shirt lolz~~~~~ Not really an issue since I am not that desperate.
