Why bother with fancy lines when that gets the job done as well.

I am in one opinion with my friend who once said the "wise" words: "A dumb girl won't understand pickup lines, a smart girl won't need them."

Lol, not necissarily. Saying hi can just mean an act of friendship, but if you use a pick-up line you have a great start by saying that your serious about them. Though, I think some of the pick-up lines said here aren't the type I'm talking about. Speaking of pick-up lines:

As said, I ain't a person for pickup lines however my sailing coach had a good one :) "Want to sail to the Caribbean with me? Because only you float my boat."
I still find it lame, but it is better than most other flat ones I have heard in Germany / Denmark :)
