Since I like anime a lot - Especially girls, I find Yuri relationships appealing to me. I even watched some Yuri animes to add to that and some pics.

I also find the story or plot intriguing and interesting.

I'm not a yuri fan.

I'm not saying I'm anti-yuri. I get a boner from some nice girl on girl hentai as much as the next guy.

But, when it comes time to write a story, I personally feel Yuri and Shoujo-Ai stories are just too unbalanced.

Males and Females have different mindsets. Typically, the mindsets are set-up to be compatible while differing, providing a sort of balance between the Gung-Ho of a guy (typically) and the reservedness of a girl (again, typically.) While these balances are, on a regular basis, shuffled and switched, you do still arrive at more or less an equilibrium when you mix a male and a female.

I mean, even fucking Evangelion had a sort of balance, and Shinji was...well, Shinji.

Going for any same gender romance, MaleXMale OR FemaleXFemale, I always felt that the balance was lost. Yuri shows tend to be too focused on emotional attachments, while Yaoi shows are too based on pussyfooting around the fact while one character serves the Princess Peach role.

And, this post probably makes little to no sense. I'm sleepy, so forgive me.

I like yuri. I find it pure and cute but something is off about yuri. There isn't a penis. In a yuri relationship, I can't really see them achieving full pleasure because there isn't a penis. Sure there are strap-ons and dildos, but only on will be able to experience the pleasure, one is left out.

Unless there is a futa I won't really like it. But sadly, futa isn't classified as yuri.

IRL yuri, or lesbianism, I find it disgusting. Most Les girls are ugly and/or have a strong build. BRLLLLAARRGHFFF!
