Columbia, Missouri SWAT shoots pets in front of children.

As you can see in the video above, a SWAT team bust into a guys house after getting a search warrant. The video description follows: "This video shows a search warrant served by the Columbia Mo. police department. The cops bust in this guys house in the middle of the night and shoot his two dogs (one a pit bull that was caged in the kitchen and the other a Corgi) with children in the home. it turns out that rather than a big time drug dealer, this guy had a small pipe with some resin in it, a grinder, and what the cops here call "a small amount of marijuana" (meaning less than a few grams). We here in Comlumbia want everyone to know what kind of police department we have here, check out our "finest" in action."

Those guys should be killed. They didn't have to kill anyone to get that person. So why the fuck would they do it? Bastards.

I really could care less that they shot two dogs. I mean, people are dying all over the earth and people have more sympathy for a dog than an actual human being.

But the fact that they shot them in front of the children maybe a little extreme, but then again it's Columbia. They probably see these things regularly there. Poor children and poor Columbia.

This is in the US? Well, that's rather new to me. Guess they rarely get action there so they just found something to shoot. I've heard of cops being abusive of their power and beating the crap out of people, more specifically black people. But that's about it.

Eh, the police made a mistake. I doubt they aren't going to get in trouble for shooting a caged dog. However, I don't think that because we see police doing something wrong we can say fuck all police.

For the most part, police are a major force of good. They only enforce the laws your elected officals put into place the best way they are trained how.

They're the cops, they can pretty much do whatever they want. Warren vs. District of Columbia, Danzigner Bridge, and the Chicago PD Organized B&E Ring lost the badge in general my respect awhile ago. They don't have the legal duty to protect us, they aren't liable when they fuck-up, and they can get away with theft and multiple murder.

I'm not as bugged by the killing of the dogs, more by the no-knock warrant on a guy who was found to be possessing such a small amount of pot, while the guy's family was home, traumatizing his kids, discharging weapons around his kids, and then charge him with child endangerment.

I get the feeling there'll be a lawsuit for excessive force filed somewhere down the road.

I'm guessing they're either high, or they are just afraid of dogs.
