M-Rated Video Games:For Kids Too

I work for Nintendo, so there isn't really much of a problem in this department. Sure, Mad World/No More Heroes is pretty bad for the kiddies, but aside from that...
That's what I like about Nintendo. Microsoft and Sony are convinced a game has to be rated M to be good.

I cant play a game of Modern Warfare 2 without having some little kid sing the song "White and Nerdy" or something similar. I think that Videogames that receive the M rating need to be more descriptive when they show the content on the back, I hate that I have to be in party chat when I play that game because of all the annoying little kids singing. When mommy is not within hearing distance these kids become foul mouthed little racists, and even though most kids have friends whose parents let them play M rated games under the age of 17, the parents who do not let there kids play these games are a godsend. But at the same time if the kid is mature enough for the game then they should get to play it. If the games are more descriptive about the mature content, parents will have bigger incentive to not buy the game for them.

Oh it's come to this point eh?
Generally, I'd let a kid play an M game depending on its content. The problem if you give them a real serious game, they tend to shrug it off and not think about it.
Example. a friend's kid (about 11) played through the single player campaign of MW2. I asked him(the kid) what he thought about No Russian. He thought it was funny how he could shoot the people that did nothing.
As illustrated, the developers intended purpose of the mission is disregarded by an immature kid.
It's not that they don't understand, it's that they don't think about the game maturely enough.
Side note: I went to Best Buy and heard a woman reading the back of a game. She says: Oh, mild violence? Well that's ok. Partial Nudity? Oh never mind I won't buy it.

While I was a kid we luckily did not have any of this crap with ratings and how old you have to be to buy the game (there probably were ratings printed on, but no one cared, or even knew exactly what they were) so I just got the games I thought was good. Blood or violence does not matter in a game, there is much more violence and blood in TV anyway.
They should just give up those ratings, the kids have seen everything on the net or on TV already

Some parents ignore their children, too much. Children will always need good to excellent parental advice.

All ratings for games are bullshit! half of the games that are rated M should be rated T the only reason it was given M is because someone at the game company did not pay the A******s that rate the game enough to make them happy...

Know what's funny? A game can have as much violence as it wants to, blood everywhere, lkilling hundreds upon hundreds of people in grotesque ways, but if it doesnt' swear, or have any nudity, it'll be rated Teen.
Because Little Jimmy can see a person perform Holocaust like executions without a problem, but if anyone drops the F bomb or if there's a nipple slip he's gonna go fucking NUTS and kill everyone at his school.
