Competition creates advancements and innovation. The constant demand to make something bigger/Smaller, faster, cheaper is the driving force behind the economies of the world. All countries that do not embrace competition slow down to molasses is December.

Artists compete between each other for money and recognition. In order for them to get money they have stand out from the crowd, they have to be better than the rest. This is competition a.k.a. "Conflict",

Another example would be automobile companies.

Automobile companies such as Ford, GM, Toyota, etc all compete for the money of consumers around the world. The competition between these companies drives them to innovate their existing products and improve the designs of future products.

You can replace the names of the car companies with artists. Artists competed for money from Rich people. This created competition over the money. In order for the artist to stand out more from the rest they had to become better or create innovative new styles. Artists have to sell themselves (their skills) to investors like a company sells it's product.

This "conflict" causes artists to become better by developing their techniques or learning from masters or other artists.

Alex Jones is a lunatic. The idea of having one country with all the world's population living within it is a harebrained idea, if only for this one reason; what if people don't agree with the country and wish to leave?

Any rational thinking human being could dissect this guy's beliefs, logic, and motives and come to the conclusion that he's just another dangerous idiot.

I think that what rbz is stating is called inductive reasoning. Where we look at a conclusion first before piecing the evidence. :D

Oh I do think it will happen someday, since humans continue to evolve, and will probably reach a point when anything you could possibly want can be acquired fior free, thus eliminating the need for conflicts.

Anyway, I don't believe in this New World Order stuff, I think it's completely crazy. Partially because considering how many people would have to be involved to make this kind of thing happen, someone would have cracked and revealed definite evidence by now. Also, all that Obama deception stuff is just a series of random events with no connection, unless you want one to be there...

One last thing: I want it to be very clear that I would most definitely support a United Earth government. I really hope it will happen some in my lifetime, though I doubt it.

Nothing is free, and especially nothing worth having. Humans desires are insatible, we can never reach a point where we will be forever "satisfied". So someone is always going to have to toil, because you'll always want more. Not always out of greed, maybe you want to give something to someone or prove something to yourself or even just because your bored. But because we don't know what perfection is, and yet we always will try to continue to walk towards it, we work because we can be happier. Even if your already happy, it will either fade or you'll realize you can be even happier than you already are. So somebody will work, and others will desire the fruits of their work. But they aren't going to get it for free.

If this wasn't inate human behavior, we would of died out long ago from not giving a crap whether or not we became better and grew.

Maybe I can add a different perspective on how to explain why "free everything" is bad.

We live on a planet with a finite amount of resources. Conflict over these limited resources leads to a lot of the problems humanity has. So anytime something is "free" demand always outpaces supply by leagues. Lets take petroleum as an example.

If petroleum was free then nobody would control the amount they drive unless they subscribe to the man-made climate change crowd. The supplies would run out rather swiftly due to the high demand for fuel. (barring any governmental body imposed restrictions on its use.)

How about steak? If steak such as sirloin or Delmonico was free then why would you eat something else like certain cuts of pork unless you specifically wanted that particular cut.

Cars are another example. Why would you drive a Toyota Echo when you could drive something bigger, nicer,etc?

The only way for humanity to "evolve" beyond the requirement for money is to have all natural resources so abundant and unlimited in supply. Then the next problem would be designing the system to manufacture enough to meet demand. This would require creating incentives for people to produce these items.

Since we have finite amounts of resources. I believe the requirement of money is a good method to ration the demand of those resources as well as find efficiency in their use.

Personally I'm not too keen on the government or its lackeys, but then again I'm not too keen on Alex Jones (who I believe to be full of it). I'm more of a guy who just questions authority, not because it's authority but because I question everything around me.
