Painted Child Pronography? How to determine age?

Due to legislation in my country it is illegal to view illustrated pictures ( with sexual content) of
a. Pre puberty children, and
b. Post puberty adolescents that, by circumstances, can be said to be under 18.

As we know, the internet is flooded by doujin with scoolgirls. But how on earth do I determine if they, by context, go to japanese upper high and not junior. Can this be deducted from the uniforms?

(Recent knews have maid me paranoid, a very well known translator were just fined for a collection of 51 random pictures out of his 3milion pics collection.

But yeah, pretty much just avoid everything obvious, get some encryption software (check the 'Free Programs' sticky in the tech forum), or avoid everything entirely if it really worries you. Look through Gelbooru and find yourself some safe fetishes for distraction. :P

Indeed, the obvious is being avoided (in the case of pre-puberty; willingly) and I suppose that the "could be 18" might get me out of a tight spot, if i get into one. encryption software is a good idea, will check it out.

As long as the story takes place at senior high the "could be 18" defense would work. Is there any way to tell from the uniforms?


Last defense would be the "no-they-are-all-aliens-from-mars-in-manga. didnt-you-know?"-defense. As logical and sensible as the law.

Just say "yep they are all under 18", the officer will take a few more looks. He will then ask you to copy him your collection to a CD for "evidence" and he will leave to pleasure himself.

You could always say "I DIDN'T KNOW!".

After sorting through my entire collection (took some time) i found it was not that hard to see which to delete. First tThe obviously underage loli, well i had none, so no problem.
Then there is the schoolgirl ones, pretty much every one of them is possibly highschool.
And where ages as 16 or 15 were written out, hey, paint was my friend haha.

The only thing I regret is that shining musume is a no-no. :(
