Wow that's seriously fucked up. Those protesters are being so disrespectful to those who served and their families. The protesters must have no idea what horrid things might happen without those who serve the country, the soldiers themselves are heroes in their own rights for dying in the name of their own country.

I have to agree with Rbz on this one, the protesters have a right to protest the funeral, in fact, soldiers such as the one being buried have given their lives to defend that right.
Now, let me say that it is in horrendous taste to protest a funeral, no matter who it is for or why you are protesting. In fact, in my opinion, it works against the protesters' cause since it makes them look bad, and makes me at least not want to support them. However, they still have the right to protest peacefully at the funeral. If the protest is not PEACEFUL, then they have no right to protest at all.

I dont understand why these people can see it as being ok to protest a funeral, being it for a soldier or not.It doesn't fit with their idea of what is right and wrong. Like most people, they find something offensive and think it should be outlawed.
well yeah I mean certain things should be outlawed, but not just because its offensive, well thats what i think. I mean things should only be outlawed or protests is if it violates someones rights or something.

Wow, just when you think humanity can't sink any lower. I mean you got guys taking pictures of a hero bleeding to death without calling an ambulance, now you got a bunch of religious fanatics protesting at funerals. Everyday, every single day I lose a bit of my faith in humanity.

I dont have any faith in people but in individuals. Where i from if they find out you knew but didnt help, they would come after you like you did it
one time my mom was slapped by a chronic, and thus my dad went to every door in the neighborhood and asked if they knew who she was.

The bold test is where we agree. They are allowed to say whatever they want as long as they don't violate the rights of the family or others.
The Constitution sets a protection of speech by any censorship by the government and by extension though the 9th amendment the state governments but, a business owner or your boss can tell you what you may or may not talk about on their property. Kind of puts a crimp in the "absolute" freedom of speech argument.

well what im trying to get at is morals. by a legal standpoint they can do what ever as long as it doesnt break the law. What im trying to point out is the moral side. They are hurting theyre cause by doing this.
