I got my 1st neg rep after starting to be active in the last week! Go me!
Honestly, does it really matter though? It seems you can get neg repped just having an opposite opinion from someone. And from the news section, doesn't seem like it affects anything from the forum or fakku's downloads/etc, so i mean if it makes people feel better to give neg rep or to build up positive rep, let them be.
