i'm very proud to say that i've only de-rep others once and it was Waar(i'm not afraid to say it)(i think it was about the Bush discussion or whatever) but then +rep him for like three times so..
if u're not sure about giving out the reps, just + jacob or raze or some mod or somthing, that's what i do
i'm only repping people up now, though u need a rather good reason to de-rep someone.

I got a -rep too recently, don't know the reasons or the person.
I think the "rep + comment" system should be applied in the future.
Like I said in the past, without knowing the real reasons for the -rep, is just like getting stabbed in the back by a close friend.

Uhhh isn't the rep supposed to kick in after 15 posts, or is it 15 topics? Also, just to let you guys know I don't plan on lowering anyones rep unless they're just a complete ass. However, if they can keep up an intelligent conversation I'll deffinitely add to it. however usually the option doesn't come up.
