Teacher attacks student

i don`t know if u guys herd about this yet but some kid got choked by his teacher @ Opelika High School (Opelika Alabama is where i live), my lil brother told mea about it. Apparently he jumped @ her & she, thinking he was about 2 attack him, threw her hand up around his neck, and he knocked it away immediatly. She`s n jail now facing criminal charges. Now personnally i couldnt stand this teacher, most students hated her 2 & we all felt she was bi-polar (she taught buisness tech (typing) i came out her class with a D) So i hope she gets a couple of years. So if a teacher attacked you what would you have done?

This reminded me of a teacher actually hitting 4th graders with a stick. To prove that he was actually abusing the children, one kid brought a camera and secretly recorded the happenings in the room. This was shown in public and the teacher had his license as a teacher removed and is now doing jailtime. The video was pretty disturbing, since the ones who just missed or did not follow through his instructions properly were hit.... hard.

I dunno how the teacher has escaped all those months without getting caught though...

If she was a beauty and attacks me, I would drive a punch to her guts. Hitting it would incapacitate her.

Now if she was fugly as hell, i'd go 'Berserker' on her. If they ask what happened, say "She was gonna kill me. It's legitimate self defense" no further questions asked =)

Response is probably based on things like what grade you are in. Although...maybe not. When I was in 2nd grade I took a teacher down with a chair to her leg. I think I might have broken it, but I also don't think she really deserved it. If a teacher had tried to hit me in high school, I probably would have half-killed them. I wasn't very stable in high school.

If he attacked her or similar action that could justify he defending herself. She shouldn't be sued. Kids are fucking crazy nowadays. Give a kid a bad grade and the motherfucker tries to kill you the next day.

Eh, if I saw a kid coming at me and I thought he was going to hurt me, I would have done the same thing. I wouldn't have gone for the neck though, probably the face. Some teachers had to protect themselves in the high school I went to, also I know Japan has issues with students hurting female teachers all the time.

Some high school kids can be fucking crazy. They don't have any respect for people older than them. I know in my area, some teachers are scared of the kids since they'll do anything to fuck someone up for XX reason. And because they are so overly protected, everything goes in they're favor. It really pisses me off to see those kind of children, fuck only a few years ago when i was in high school i respected people older than me. Now sometimes i got a fucking 13-14 year old kids who are like '' Want to fight punk! '' at me. Most of the time, they are in gangs of like 10+ kids and your by yourself. Still not an easy fight.

Teachers should have a degree of power over that shit.

& This might also explain why i love hentai where teachers rape / controle they're students, specially when those students are just has annoying.

@Yushi: in hentai, it usually goes the other way around, i.e. the teacher gets punished by the students. Though it's really true that students nowadays have absolutely no respect for others, even to their elders. If I was a teacher, I'd smack them around here and there, provided if I could get away with it.

I know that the Taiwanese system of educating kids were waaay similar to what we would call child abuse today. You get a question wrong on a test, that's a whack. You got 10 questions wrong, that's 10 whacks. Shit like that. No wonder why I'm so fucking different from my parents - I'm American and they aren't, spirit-wise. That kind of system only raises these obedient children who will grow up to be "respected" adults.

Of course, I wouldn't let no teacher walk over me like that, and I'd probably put up self-defense before actually going to restrain/disable said "violent" teacher.

If I was the teacher, I'd do the same thing as previously mentioned. Almost all educational institutions worldwide face problems like these. I'd blame the parents if nothing else. I especially hate it when parents blame their child/ren's problems at school on the teachers; more often than not, they failed in raising their child/ren than the teacher's fault.

That's happened to me before as well. I got jumped by a group of like 8 14-year-old kids. Which is weird, because I don't even look like I have any money. But kids these days can't even fight effectively in groups. I could have beaten them at 14.
But yeah, kids these days, ain't got no respect.
Of course, neither did/do I, but I'm not an idiot about it.

It's difficult to seriously hit someone when you have thin wrists. Is it just me or do kids nowadays look scrawny? Were we that malnourished looking back when we were all kids? I know I was around 90lbs at 13 but, I had an insane metabolism...stupid riddlin.
