Teacher attacks student

Yeah.... i'd say i don't have enough information. But if i was attacked.... that would turn out bad unless people ripped me off and dog piled on me, until i calmed down or i'm knocked out.
Edit: Opps sorry about the necrobump. didn't think 3-5 pages after the first 2 would go too far back. I'll look at the date a little more closely now on >.< sorry.

wow, this was Necro bumped...
but anyway, I was attacked once. My Teacher Tried to smack me for Correcting her sentence (she was an English teacher...not good at her job). before her hand reached my face i grabbed it, Than i told her i would Kill her if she ever raised a hand to me again.
PUNISHMENT: was sent to the office...but once i told my story, and got witnesses to confirm it she was released from school for a week!

I remember watching my 10th grade teacher take a student down to the ground and pinned his arms behind his back. I have no idea what the teacher and him were discussing, but the teacher was my homeroom and I was walking to homeroom and saw the kid raise his arm to the teacher and he took his arm twisted it behind him and bam, they were on the ground and the student was screaming abuse.
Too many students liked that teacher to allow the kid to get away with that, everyone who witnessed it immediately jumped to the teachers defense that the kid clearly threatened to hit the teacher.

A geography teacher of mine once threw his keys into the gob of a classmate to shut her up.
She complained about it to the headmaster.
A suspended relegation was handed down, on the grounds that she'd been talking in class and thus his actions were justified.
The end.

That is pretty messed up, even if she was talking in his class!

If he attacked her first or fainted at her it would be normal for her to get paranoic and do something to attack the dude. Either way as theres no video or another teacher's version of the incident I can really tell if it's treu or gossip, maybe he spanked her fugly ass, maybe she just went psycho because the guy said something. Either way as a teacher I would say he owe the guy a public apology in front of the class (not needed to take the whole school to see her say sorry) and maybe she should be suspended or something for a while.
As some has stated, teens this days are fucking psycho, here in Costa Rica just a few months ago a principal got her car set on fire because she suspended some kids for fighting, also ealier this year a chick bite off another's ear when they where fighting for a guy ¬_¬ porn mags? highschoolers do blowjobs to their classmates for $2 during the lunch break, dudes bring firearms to the school as if they where iPod's and shut with no hesitation for being lectured by their teachers. Not every school in the country is like that, but if kids are like that this days then it's only natural for a female teacher to freak out when a male student taunts at her.
Me? I would bitch slap that fugly ho to make her comeback to her senses, I would provoke a teacher for the joy of it, but never to the point of he/she tries to choke me.

I just remembered. My 3rd and 4th grade teacher was really hard on us. She would spank us with a wooden stick if we didn't do homework and stuff like that.
I remember one time when I didn't do my homework, and she grabbed my backpack and threw it down the stairs (from the second story floor). And then made me go pick it up myself. That hurt me pretty badly inside and was a hard blow to my self esteem.
Later on by the end of the year she showed up on the news (for hitting her students).

If she was choking me, I'd use my gorilla hands to choke her back. Despite not doing any physical exercise that required my arms in the last 2 years, I can still lift 100 lbs so I bet I can choke her out :P
Either that or punch her in the gut/face hard enough for her to let go. I'm entitled since it was self defense xD

Some teachers here in the Phil smack the faces of their students on the Board, throw chalks(sometimes erasers), and hit them with a stick. These happens in some public schools here. Mean is it?! Well i didn't recieve such treatment though.

Teacher uses Choke.
Kaien uses Tech, then combos into Shin Shoryuken.
Its super effective!
But yeah i would get out of the attack and counterattack the shit out of the Teacher and claim it was "self defense".

If a teacher hit me, they'd no longer be living. I can't take pain, and when I can't take pain I get real angry. So yea..

It depends on the situation to say who is wrong. Although in most cases, violence is unnecessary me think. Most school-related conflict can be solved with more civil ways such as counseling, parent-teacher conference and the like.
Practically, a teacher attacking student is just wrong except if the student attacks first.
Whoever attacks first, wrong.

Don't know it count as attack but I have experience in primary school where the teachers would hit a student's palm with a ruler as punishment (it hurts more than it sounds). I recall the science teacher used to use a huge bamboo (I think) stick. Don't know if they still do though.
Personally I think the reaction of choking a student is a bit extreme but that might be because I grew up in a relatively peaceful environment. Depends on your context I guess. If students in the area are known to attack teachers then I guess it is to some extent a justified response but still I find it a bit violent.

While actually going for a choke is wrong, I have a feeling that the kid isn't that much of an angel to start with. I guess in this instance you always gotta go with the kid, it's just how the law works. But kids need to learn some respect and giving them detention and shit aint gonna cut it. My mom had a really good system for when I was growing up. She would give me three chances to correct something (and it was something I would have a chance at correcting not like improving from a D grade to A but behavior and stuff like that) and if I was a dick about, she would have me kneel on my knees for about a half an hour. If that didn't work, hit my palms with a stick. Taught me respect and right from wrong.
