Texas Accidentally Bans ALL Marriage?

It seems as though the constitution guys may have a made a bit of a mistake here. Instead of banning gay marriages, they ended up banning all marriages in general. So if you are 'married', and living in Texas, you're technically no longer married.

Just how bad did the government screw up this time?
