Using your blinkers.

Lately I've been noticing that drivers do not use their blinkers. It pisses me off that they don't use it, especially when your right behind them and they just brake out of no where and your like 'wtf?!'
I don't get mad because of I'm some nerdy follow the rules dood, because it lets you know where the person is turning and I believe it is common courtesy.
Does this happen often with fellow Fakkuza when they're driving?

YEah, those guys who underestimated the use of blinkers are JERKS! I almost crashed to one last time, good thing I have good eye and body coordination.

Yes, I use my blinkers.
But sometimes I get annoyed too, when there's guy who has used his blinkers for more than 10 seconds and he's still not making a turn.

It's more often the case that:

a) a car is in front of me, then makes a sudden turn out of nowehere - my reaction is wtf? Use your fucking blinkers!
b) a car is in front of me at a stop/light, then turns without using the damn blinkers - wtf? How am I supposed to know you were going to turn dammit?
c) a car is in the lane beside me and just merges into my lane without 1, not enough blinking warning, or more likely 2) with no warning whatsoever = MAD FUCKING RAGE!!!

I thought that was just a problem in my area. Apparently, people just don't know how to fucking drive anymore. People are too busy multitasking to use proper signals nowadays. This and several other reasons are the base of my argument for yearly renewals of your license, harder tests and harsher punishment for driving violations. I've seen people forced off the road because one jerk off can't remember to use his blinker.

In Atlanta it's not like you can pull up beside them to flip them off for not using their turn signal. Well, you can but, they will shoot at you.

One-word solution: Suburbs

Anyways, I don't drive but it still pisses me off when people don't follow the rules of the road.

i do use my Blinkers.
a long time ago, the driving instructors said that it was very important and to always use it.
i did and always seem to never NOT use them when driving as of now.

I only use them like 30% of the time. I do use them when there are cops around, when I feel like it, and mostly in traffic

People have to do so much while driving nowadays! Talking on their cell phones, texting their friends! How can anyone really expect them to do something as simple as use a fucking turn signal?

I agree that something needs to be done about people driving worth shit, but yearly renewals of licenses and harder tests wouldn't do anything but hurt people who don't deserve it. No one's going to be texting while taking a driving test. They're going to do everything exactly like they're supposed to, because they know they're being graded. But on their way home, they'll pull out their cell phones and put everyone in danger. Meanwhile, decent drivers will have to go through the hell that is the DMV more often, for no reason at all.

The real thing is to create more severe punishments. And, you know, actually make it illegal to use a cell phone while driving. Why it's not illegal everywhere, I'll never understand.

Most people in sweden use it too, i can't remember i've ever seen someone who doesn't, given that i've probably forgoten some occasion.

I'm glad I'm not the only one who notices this. And another thing I hate and makes me want to rage is slow motherfuckers, who have about a fucking foot of space between them and the person infront of them and you have no way of going around them because the other lane has people in it too, especially around 5'o'clock traffic where everyones getting off work.

do you mean indicators? if so i don't see why they build them into cars still nobody uses them... i mean my parents and my bro does but no one else

I use them, but alot of other people don't, or misuse them. This one time I was turning onto a roundabout and a driver clearly had his indicators going, showing that he was going to turn off at the exit before where I was. Naturally, I see the opportunity and begin to go onto the roundabout. The next second I'm slamming my breaks on as the same driver goes right past where I am. I raged so hard

Oh gawd. Not using them could mean death. If I didn't use them, I'd feel bad. Hate when people "forget" it.

I dunno if it's that big of problem around here... I don't drive a car that often, since taking the bus is cheaper for me atm :P

Most of the reasons lack of blinkers piss me off have already been stated. I think it just comes down to inexcusable laziness. Seriously, two weeks after learning to drive I was using my blinkers unconsciously. I'll occasionally use my phone on the road as well, but it doesn't mean I stop paying attention to everything else. People just need to try harder.

You know what pisses me off and that happened today? When people stop when there is no stop sign and when you have one. So you stop, yet the other guy is suppose to go, but this time the guy stopped so I thought he was letting me go. I pull out and the guy moves right when I do, and yells at me yet I STOPPED SINCE I HAD A SIGN AND HE DIDN'T. FFFFFFFFFFFFFFFUUUUUUUUUUUUUU

People who don't use their blinkers are one of the reasons that year after year the number one item on my Christmas list is a grenade launcher. Someday they'll buy me one, and the roads will become much safer.
