I played the demo about a week before the game came out. I played it like 10 times that night. I bought it the day it came out....then my brother "Borrowed it" right before he flew home after a visit. I never got to play it =(. He apoligized after I yelled at him over the phone for like 10 minutes, and sent it in the mail. I hope it shows up today.

Ahem. I will be converting to Bayonettaism.
Not sure what that consists of right now, but I'll think of something. I bought the game, which I never do. I'm a renter through and through. The first night, I honestly played for 8 hours straight until i got donw with normal mode. I then, over the next two days, interspersed my playtime to beat it on Hard. I...fakking...love...this...game.
Seriously...I played Darksiders, and while i didnt hate it, I felt meh the entire time i played it. Bayonetta, however, made me want to light several candels around my 360 and bow down, uttering prayers to the Umbra Witches.
Ok, that's overdoing it, but seriously, I agree wit hthe critics on this game, superdy duperly fun on a bun. And I'd be lieing if I didnt' admit part of my love for this game is the massive amount of fanservice, ut this is literally the first game I played that meets BOTH parts of the criteria for an awesome game.
1. It gives me a boner while I play.
2. It's actually fun to play.
Yeah, not a lot of criteria for me, but hey, it's the only couple things I care about when I play a game.

There some something similarities about this game...Oh look.
Bayonetta
Kurohime
Have any of you guys read the manga Kurohime? I just have to say there are a lot of similarities with it and Bayonetta.
-Both are Witch gunslingers
-Gods and Angels
-Both wage war against celestial beings
-Memory loss
-Both witches have a kid alter ego
-Campy characters
-Magic
-Both summon demonic beings
-Summons consist of dragons, birds etc...
-Both eventually yield a muramasa-esque katana
-Both have a superior attitude towards people
-The first time they meet their respective romantic interest, both guys are still kids.
-A family member dies on the first time they meet said romantic interests
-Enzo has counterpart in the manga
-Tons of fan service
-Similar demeanor and outfit
It isn't exactly the deepest manga out there but it's action packed and a fun read.

Yeah, cause that reviewer totally gets in your face when you play the game. He just pops up out of nowhere. Bastard.
But waiting does sounds good when you consider the price drop.

For what it's worth, the game has excellent gameplay. It's a very deep combat system and it provides lots of rewards for repeat playthroughs. To me, Bayonetta is too exaggerated to be very sexy, and the cinematics are more for comedy value than actual titillation.

I find it hard that anyone uses it to masturbate to. The "sexy" parts are so overdone that they are just silly and funny.
I support you in your wait, but for a different reason than your own.

Them pixels look hot.
I mean, sorry, looks like a awesome game. If I had a PS3, It'd be the first game I'd ever buy for it. (Behind-the-times Ichijou is behind-the-times)
