BorderLands 2 is OUT NOW! GO BUY IT!!!
Here is a trailer displaying all of the new classes and their abilities.

In case you could not gather anything from the trailer, the new characters are...

Salvador - Can duel wield anything...ANYTHING!!!

Axton - Can deploy Auto-turrets, kinda like TF2

Maya - can Freeze enemy's, while they are frozen; they take double damage from anyone

Zer0 - can deploy a hologram of himself that attracts enemy's, while the hologram is deployed, zer0 is invisible

Gaige - Can deploy her "BFF", a floating robot to assist her in battle, It is very powerful but dies easy.

Krieg - Can go into a psycotic rage (much like the Psycho enemies), where he pulls out a classic rusty axe for meleeing and throwing, giving great close and long range DPS.


(A Character is not limited by their class, I could be salvador and use snipers and SMGs, or Zer0 and use Heavy machine guns and Rawket lawnchairs.)
What class are you gonna play as? what weapons are you gonna specialize in? how many herps are you gonna derp?!?

Nice. I liked Borderlands a lot. I might exactly buy this (i bought my lastest game last year).
I like the choice of music for the trailer, The lion sleeps tonight.
Not sure which character to choose, they all looks so good.

Looking forward to this, probably i'll pre-order it shortly... On steam pre-order finish tomorrow.
I'll choose Zero, definitely, from the trailer looks the most fun character to play with.

I'm going to play Zer0 with revolvers and shotguns,
but I know I'm going to replay this game with all the classes (including the DLC class, the mechromancer).

I preordered it today in steam. Im eager to try Axton and the turret.
They already said the story wont be epic, but the game is for masaccres anyway.

She'll be my first choice. Any character, that has freeze abilities, will be an instant favorite of mine.

First character is gonna be Zero. Snipers and revolvers.

Let's just hope the ending will be better then the first game.

Maya, easily. Although I think I'll wait for the Game of the Year edition to come out in a year or so for the free extra content.

There is planned DLC coming out (New class, new level cap and new area),
I'm not patient enough to wait tho.

I'll probably play as zero or maya. I played as lilith in the first game and dominanted everyone with my Hellfire smg.

Pre-Ordered today. Can't wait to play it.

With good reason:



This is the first time I've ever pre-ordered a game. Fucking Gearbox and their post-launch DLC. I'm playing Mechromancer the day it comes out. There's just something about a second female character who has a nut nuking frankenbot following her around that induces a tingling in my loins.

It was fun shooting my buddies with bullets to heal them.
Might pick this up if we all decide to.

I Had a class mod that made it so everyone in our party regenerated Their HP, And my Brother had a class mod that everyone in our party regenerated Their Ammo...

In other words, infinite Ammo & health.
