is your windows 7 supports Japanese text? (I think that's translated product), can you provide us some screen error shots?Seeing how it's officially translated, the product is actually in English so there's no need for me to run things in Japanese. Though to answer your question, yes, my Windows 7 supports Japanese text, it's actually running in Japanese.
I'm too lazy to screenshot, but if you must get a visual then, look at this:

I'm getting the exact same message except, instead of Windows Explorer, it says KANAUS.exe has stopped working.

Get supreme candy, u wont regret it :DI already bought Yume Miru Kusuri and Kana. They arrived just yesterday! I'm feeling quite ecstatic.
Edit: I can't get Kana to install OTL... I'm running Windows 7. Everything works up until the end of the installation, upon which the generic Windows message pops up saying the program has stopped working. Any suggestions as to what I should do?
O.o you already bought one huh? Well YMNK is cool too :DD I just thought you should play supreme candy cuz its one of the best i played

After complaining to Play-Asia, I got this message:
We are sorry to hear about your problem. In your case, we can send you a
new copy of the game for replacement. However, if there is any problem with
the replacement again, we cannot provide further compensation or exchange.
Do you agree with the arrangement.
If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to ask.
Should I go for it?
And yes I've tried running it in compatibility mode.
I wouldn't get Supreme Candy cause it's not in English.

Hum, do you have another computer to test the game? Also, try using the NoCD patch from here
About the arrangement, for now, I don't recommend going for it.

I have tried installing it onto another computer that is currently running Vista and it still encounters problems with the installation. I don't think the NoCD patch would help since installation is the problem and not the actually execution of the game.

Well, my last suggestion would be if you haven't yet, to run the installation as administrator, to check if your OS is completely updated and to check if another program isn't creating some kind of conflict. If that doesn't work I think that the installation in itself is not compatible with windows vista and seven. Then again, I don't own the game like you, so it's just a guess.
I wish you good luck.

Thanks for the help in the last few days. I've tried running it as admin, did all my updates and disabled my anti-virus... and still no luck. I guess it is a compatibility issue. I'll contact Play-Asia again and see if I can arrange something.

I NEVER buy LEGAL games because of these reason:
1. Most games in shops in my country is illegal ones, which each disk cost you for about 50-80 cents or so (PS2 games). Any games other than PS2 games are hard to find, so I'd just download it.
2. My monthly allowance is just $100, and $80 goes for my living expenses, so I only had $20 to save, and there's no way I'd spend my saving for just games. I need to think about my future as well.
3. My parents hate the fact the I like games, so they'll scold me like hell if I use my money for buying some useless stuffs (from their opinion, games are even more dangerous than drugs), that's why I have to find a way to play without costing me money.
