Once it is decompresed you will have an iso, bin, mds, etc file, to run it you will need to intall Daemon Tools Lite, open the program, mount the Iso File, open the unit that create daemon and run the set up icon.

Instructions
- Extract the files. To install the game follow these steps: Go to the "Installation files" folder and mount "FateDisc1.cue". DO NOT use the disk installer. After mounting, go to the "English Patch" folder and run the "Fate-stay_night_English_v3.2_[mirror_moon].exe". The patch installer will begin installation and you can choose to install the voice files or not. During the installation, Disks 2 and 3 will be required. When that happens mount "FateDisc2.cue" and "FateDisc3.ccd" respectively and if you chose to install the voice files it will be required for you to mount the "kfc-fsn.ISO" located in the "Voice file" folder. If you want to install the uncensor patch and if you installed the voice files, copy the "patch7.xp3" that it's in the "Uncensor Patch" folder and paste it in the folder where you installed the game.
All files are password protected. The password is 4fakku

With a download speed of 60 Kb/sec, one part can be tale around 30-40 minutes. (It's my connection though...)

I'll try to keep this simple:
Programs you need installed - Daemon Tools & WinRar
First you need to download the game, look at KLoWn post and download from Megaupload the 4 files. I hope you know how to use MU, its really simple.
Next if you want sound download the Realta Nue DVD Voice Iso files too.
Now what you need is to use WinRar to extract the files from the .rar files you downloaded, its easy, just reight click the first file and use "extract here", after that you can delete the rars.
Next step is you go to the mirrormoon site (google it) and download the patch (and also the fix for the patch if you want voice).
now all thats left to do is use Daemon Tools to make a "fake" DVD drive and mount the game there. not that complicated really, youll understand, ask if you dont.
finally you run the patch and follow instructions.
Done.
I hope that helped, im still downloading the game myself.

The Mu links have the game and you need the realta if you want the voices

And it's not really something to be nervous about, the english-patch do all the work.

while im writing this my pc is copying the voice files, looks like its gonna take some time even with 2 cores, i guess the HD is the slow part.
anyway in about 1.2h ill be able to play, cant wait! ^_^
Edit: After the installation was finished I couldn't run the game, when trying I would get an empty error window and the game would not load, if anyone else have that problem the way to fix it is to change the unicode setting to jap in the control panel. game works fine now ^_^
