Anyways, is there a way to take the original version posted here and insert all the realta nue extras via a patch or something? Because I'm shaped down to dial-up speed and so grabbing the things in tha tlink would take a very long time.

Fate/stay night original release for PC didn't have voices. To have voices in-game you needed to manually apply the voice patch AKA "Realta Nua DVD Voice iso". However, Type-Moon decided to re-release Fate/stay night with added features like the voices. The releases are under the name:
- Fate/stay nightï¼»Realta Nuaï¼½ ï¼Fateï¼
- Fate/stay nightï¼»Realta Nuaï¼½ ï¼Unlimited Blade Worksï¼
- Fate/stay nightï¼»Realta Nuaï¼½ ï¼Heaven's Feelï¼
There are patches to insert the english version and other content in the official Realta Nua version. Check link and link.
The version posted here was the original so you need to apply the voice patch, uncensor patch and others. That's the version you have. Then you need to apply the additional patches for the original version (not the Realta Nua version) like the page you linked says.
Finally, as far as I know, there's no patch that inserts all additional content at once.

Could we get a reupload? The ones I have seen don't work at all for me. (A torrent with the english, uncensored, and all that would be lovely)

Regarding a torrent with the english patch and voice files, you can find one here. It's a pre-patched version from Fuwanovel. Be aware that such installations may cause unexpected errors. Also, I'm not sure if the torrent has the uncensor patch.

The old fate, with all 3 scenario in the same VN.
Or the New Realta Nua release, with the 3 scenario separated?
If it's the Old fate, you will need the mirrormoon patch.
