I completed fallout once on Good Karma. I went for a second go but didn't go further then level 9 on Neutral Karma last December. Now I just spend the last 2 days playing nothing but Fallout 3 contineuing from where I left off.A little too much time on my hands I think XD
Spoiler:
That's nice and all, but could you spoiler that so people don't have to scroll all the way down the page? -_-

I just beat it didnt do any sidequests. No sidequests? That's like not playing the game 0.0 just like in oblivion.
I mean, if Bethesda Studio's is known for anything it is for their immense amount of side content.

I was more intested in creating my desired character
but it is harder than I thought I need to find about 20 books before my next level up
but if I manage it, it will be one bad ass character

Before making another thread about some game, make sure to check out the master list of the games already mentioned.

Loved Oblivion, Hated Fallout 3Fallout 3 aint all that bad (buggy but livable [would you call crashing every 5 hrs livable? In my case yes])
Try the mods that fix that or add stuff.

Seriously, there are a lot of nice mods out there (I recommend FOOK and Demonized Skins)
note: MZ is the worst DLC ever, it take like forever to kill em bowl head dudes (the ones with shields)

I hated Fall out 3.... I do the side quests and all I can think is ... "I am sick of Navigating these dark Zombie infested Rat Holes" the side quests don't catch you interest like they did in Oblivion .... No "Becoming a master mage" or Thief or whatnot as a perk to doing quests ... all you ever got was survival shit ... which is pointless because you use so much survival items doing the damn quest you always end up breaking even ...
The game did not amuse me ... and whats with that several endings they boasted?
They change the text you read ever so slightly ... Thats HARDLY a different ending!! D:

It's technically 4 different choices which just messes up a bunch of pre-made vids.
Blame them for running low on development morale (aka. money)

I got the game yesterday, pretty fun. Nothing like watching body parts fall off people you kill.Amen. But bloody mess perk makes it much more satisfying.

It was really fun game, still play it and gonna get the add-ons when I got the money, but the endings both was shallow.

Well this thread deserves to be on the front page again.
Finally got MZ last week and beat it 5 or 6 times pretty good though I'll say not the best.
My order of DLC Best to Worst.
1. Broken Steel- Obviously level 30 cap, most DR armor, Heavy Incinerator and a pretty good set of quests.
2. Point Lookout- The only one giving you the choice to do go back to the CW during the main quest, and the only one to truly give you the choice of what you want to do, and the merchant 100 repair glitch isn't a bad plus.
3. Mothership Zeta- I mean... Aliens ..... Spaceships..... fix gun's to 100%, what more do you need to know?
4. The Pitt- Barely beats Operation Anchorage, but it's got the Ammo press, the Hole isn't bad, and the silenced assault rifles are a nice plus for stealth.
5. Operation Anchorage- It's got the Chinese Stealth armor and the Gauss rifle, only reason to download this unlimited ammo glitch and even that's barley worth the effort.
I'll say if you like Fallout 3 and want more buy the first three on my list the other two are for hardcore fans like me.

I used to love playing fallout 3, but now it gives me a headache. It also doesn't like it when I install the latest patch and a few mods. I love the music in the game, though.

fallout 3 is great with all the dlc for it to keep it going for as long as it did, but pretty much broken steel was the last thing that gave me something to work for (lvl30 cap).
an idea for the game that could be cool for a big dlc would be time traveling, where at some mission point you get sent into the past to b4 the nukes going off. you would get to see then all the cities in their glory, and the ppl. i have no idea who'd have their bodies disintegrated at that point, but i'm sure there's some wars being fought then, so theres plenty to go with. and of course a level cap raise, weapons, and new perks to boot.
