So, which character do you like to use?
I personally like to use Nine, King and Ace. Haven't tried Machina or Sice. Queen is just too rigid for me, Rem is also quite nice to use.
4th demo mission is hard as shit, must grind my level.
I've been using mainly Rem, Queen and Sice. I've been making great use of Queen's Blizzard skill. Rem's Thunder attack is great when charged up and when you fight multiple enemies. Especially if you land a nice critical hit. I've gotten quite used to the game's control scheme, as I said before, I'm used to the camera because of Monster Hunter and God Eater so it doesnt really bother me much.
I really hope this game gets its international release, I'll still be picking up the japanese version regardless though..

Yeah, I got used to MHs Camera too. lol
If the Camera starts getting whacky (Like getting cornered by a behemoth), just roll out from the wall.
Nine is just strong and fast, He's Jump can be an evasion move and it also packs a punch.
Ace, fast and nimble and he has teleport ability and the cards have homing properties, I'm still trying to get used to his Card abilities.
King, After you upgrade his reload ability you can shoot endlessly, with 2 stronger reload shots. and I don't know why, but I'm way calmer to wait for critical hits with King. I can even hit critical hit the scorpion mech easily with King, his Blizzard bomb can be a good defense with a timing. You can upgrade his 12 shots into 18 shots.
Oh yeah, You can change the magic and abilities. Since I felt Ace's Wall is pretty useless I changed it into cure.
I need to start using quest missions.

Where do you go to upgrade your characters? Also I've just been grinding mission 2 and 3 till I hit level 20.

You need AP to upgrade abilites, you can see it on top of the EXP counter in satust.
to upgrade
-Go to the red crystal
-Choose the 4th option
-choose the first option

Hope you enjoyed the demo because the word on the street is... their going to be the full version soon.. problem.. two umd disk and a long time before someone will iso into one file.. or never.

It will work, like most of the multi-disc games. If it involves swapping, they usually prompt us to save before exchanging disc, but you can always turn off your console after the save prompt. Then you can just play from the 2nd ISo and load the game.

I believe it can be applied too PSP ISOs if it were true that we're getting 2 UMDs.
And This is not the first time we get a Dual UMD. the first was Eiyuu Densetsu: Sora no Kiseki SC, September 27, 2007.

I actually stopped playing the demo after completing mission 4 (which wasnt hard at all since my characters are level 20) and jumped right in Queen's Gate Spiral Chaos. Also yeah, FF Type-0 will be 2 UMDs.

I hope the two UMD case won't cause this game to not come to the west. I am already broke enough buying localized game. I can not hope to import anymore.

Well if it for Vita it means i need to spend money to buy Vita again and the cost is much monstrous than importing i think.

Well...I know this is for the demo, but I didn't think it deserved a whole new topic for the game.
Here's the recently released theme, Bump of Chicken's Zero.
Normally, it's a nice song on its own, but combined with some of the scenes and the theme of the game, plus these translated lyrics someone graciously provided, it sent chills down my entire body...I actually almost felt like crying.

Well, this may be the demo thread, but I might as well post it here anyway.
Apparantly, this is the first 10 minutes of the game. And...
I've never seen anything else about it before, and I must save it's one of the best openings I've seen in a game, and I don't even know what anyone's saying.
Almost cried during part of it. ;_;
