Hopefully, everyone mentioned there is still part of it, but for a general idea, it's mainly the Kingdom Hearts team that is (and always has been) developing this game.
I think so, the trailer shown at the E3 made my hands itch when they where going from buildings in ruin to others, reminded me so much of KH2( I know, that's not much evidence )

Impressive battle mechanics indeed.
The game is supposed to be a vast non linear world, hope they're showing more of that next, or something else besides all the action we're being shown since its reveal: Menus, leveling mechanic, etc.
On a side note I think I've yet to see another female besides that blonde one lol. Very unusual for a FF title.

It's been a long time since I last visited site.
When I heard the news about Final Fantasy versus 13 Final Fantasy 15 I remembered Fakku and now I find myself here thinking I'd update this thread, but it seems I can't change the thread title anymore or maybe we never could. I remember we could change it back in the days, but then again it's been a long time since I was an active member. Well, since I can't change the title I think it would be a good idea to just make a new thread since it's no longer what the title describes it as. I would have liked if they kept it as versus 13 because I didn't really liked Final Fantasy 13, except for the character design for Lighting (actual character could have been better) and Sazh.
Hope it turns out great and will stand as the new face Final Fantasy like Final Fantasy 7 has been.
P.S. Cloud called and he wants his swords back.

Oh hey, it's the thread creator. Think it's too much trouble to update the title and opening post with the relevant info (like the fact that's coming to Xbox One too).

As long as the sequels are good then I'm okay. It is kind of lame that they're announcing it now though.

I'm happy they didn't cancel the game like it seemed was about to do happen, but i cant help feel Squire was pretty much like "OMG! new console! Gotta show off a new FF game! FF verses 13, your FF 15 now."

While watching the new trailer my jaw dropped. Then I had to come to my senses and tell myself this game has been teasing us for better half of a decade... I really hope it comes out in the next year, but I will believe it when i see it on the shelves.

The trailer looked good, but it's hard to get excited for it when Xenoblade and Xenoblade X were developed while FF15 has been in development hell. There's also something to be said for the unintentional hilarity of having a bunch of dudes, some of whom wield short-range weaponry, driving a convertible where giant turtles can show up nearby and also fight knights with automatic weapons in an open field.
