Personally I can't wait. Been playing the Halo Series since Combat Evolved. I've been a Bungie fan even longer though it's Microsoft this time... I'll still play Halo to the end. Campaign first as usual, experiment the weapons in Forge after, Then multiplayer, and finally firefight ^.^

I also love the multi player too though.

You mean Spartan Ops right? Cause 343 already stated that no plans exist for firefight in Halo 4. Instead there replacing it with Spartan Ops.
Also since we get a set of specializations. What do you think would your Spartan specialization be? (Link below)
Spartan Specialization
As for me I've chosen the Rogue and Pathfinder
I like sniping foes and going berserk with a turret so both class fits me like a glove.

Quick question, why are the covenant still in this game? Seems pointless as they have no reason to be there or to fight against the master chief. Ntm why have them and leave out the Brutes? Seems more like they left them in for nostalgic sake but the game seems like it could've just sat on fighting a the prometheans, unless 343 were too lazy to create 5 more units to fight against. Guess they thought a game where their prometheans army of like 4 different things that hurt you would be too little compared to previous games whole covenant army, vehicles, and the flood.

Guess they thought a game where their prometheans army of like 4 different things that hurt you would be too little compared to previous games whole covenant army, vehicles, and the flood. The covenant you mentioned are just a group who still wish to rage war with humanity. After the majority of the covanant broke up and returned to their homeworlds, this bunch here kept their faith and went to find the forerunners. The Brutes I believe was banished from the covanant due to their actions agasint the elites in halo 2 but only a few remained due to their faith.
As you may or may not know. We expected an appearence of the forerunner kind when you watched the legendary ending to halo 3, and 343I probly didn't want to overload our minds and their work when designing the promeatheans. So they most likely layed down some basics while at the same time set aside a few people to build more promeathean figures and hopefully promeathean vehicles (hopefully seen in halo 5). Sinee there was a huge lack of what forerunners look like.
I bet that in halo 5. The war between forerunners and humanity will reignite as I have a feeling that the sins of old won't be forgotten by the forerunners/promeatheans.
Hopefully I answered alot of your questions.

I actually got to play a multiplayer DEMO at gamestop and I have to say the controls are kind of annoying but the graphics and gameplay is amazing!!
Now Time to actually play the game I just got :p

I got back from the midnight release at Wal-Mart a little while ago and I'm watching Forward Unto Dawn right now. I was the first person in line there and I actually managed to get a copy of the Limited Edition even though when I called earlier they said they didn't have any in.

So who has the game now? Having fun?
Anyways I was wondering does anyone want to create a Fakku Halo 4 Clan or Team?

The game is much better than reach in terms of map design alone.
It is amazing.
And yes, I too am interested in a Fakku clan if anyone else is.

Okay, so didn't see anyone mention much about the campaign, so I'll try to kick that off. I loved what was going on, had a lot more heart to it that were not present in the other games, you could really feel the emotion and conflict going between Chief and Cortana. I do feel that some of the campaign went by too fast, where they had damn good missions, but what was happening in those missions went by a bit too quickly.
And that ending, god that made me wanna cry. Makes you wonder how Halo 5 is gonna start.

while I haven't played Campaign yet, I've noticed some things regarding multi-player. People fall for the Hologram so easily, dunno why. The Sprint is now for everyone and is not a equipment option, this makes me happy since pretty much all FPS, have a sprint button now. And Lastly has anyone got the Thruster thing to work properly? Anytime I try to use it or someone else does, the distance is 2 inches, not very useful.

Now, I'm actually keeping an eye out for holos and players using camo. Also, I like the thruster. It's a bit limited, yeah, but it's great for dodging grenades and backpeddling from an enemy's melee attack (especially swords and hammers). Just takes some good timing to pull it off most of the time, otherwise, it'd be easy to abuse.
One more thing, if you ever get the chance, try to get into a melee fight with some guy, thruster to the side as he tries to retaliate, and then quickly assassinate him as he swings at open air. Hard to pull off, but extremely satisfying.
Edit: Just got to play around with the Rail Gun. It became my favorite weapon and inpromptu sniper rifle. Just charge the gun, zoom in, aim at the nearest target and turn that poor bastard into mucilage.

I'm just going to say the game seems like it's heading towards a call of duty type thing? With killstreak guns/abilities, Perks, and unlocks

With killstreak guns/abilities, Perks, and unlocksEarning weapons through killstreaks is nowhere near as gamebreaking as a Heli in COD. It's still largely left up to player skill. That said, having to rank up to earn my emblem is a pain in the ass, though.

Here's something fun you can try online.
- Kill an enemy or find a dead body.
- Aim towards his/her Head.
- Release Hologram.
