Homefront

Homefront is set in a near future America in 2027 when a now-nuclear armed Korean People's Army invades the USA.
Homefront is speculative fiction, set in a near-future, post peak oil world that features a significantly declined United States, and a united Korea that has built a massive alliance in East Asia. The Gate Corporation (a major private military company) also plays a minor role. The game focuses on the collapse of the United States, subsequent occupation by the Greater Korean Republic - a united Korea under the rule of the North - and the American Resistance that fights said occupation. The player is invited to join the American resistance, "using guerrilla tactics, commandeering military vehicles, and utilizing advanced drone technology." The game will also feature vehicle based 32 player online warfare using dedicated servers. The game is planned to ship on Xbox 360, PS3 and PC, for which system requirements have not yet been released.

Dude fuckin A' I need to play this damn game and like now...that backstory was fucking trippy as shit. imagine if that shit actually happened, we'd be living this damn game today! though its kind of hard to believe that would happen.

looks cool, if they want the whole guerrilla war thing, it'll be difficult to pull off, but with the Red Dawn author, it's going to be a breeze. A: nice change from fighting Russians, and B: Fighting in a collapsed America as a militia, pretty bad ass, the multiplayer looks sick as well, one of the only titles to stand out so far, next to Ace Combat. The multiplayer looks like it'll give my BFBC2 a run for it's money.

I don't know much about this game but I'll play it for the story.
Multiplayer wise, It would be passed off as another Generic shooter like COD and Reach.
Also Not alot of people would play it because Fan boys would dick ride their own games even tho Homefront is looking to be an Above Average game.
EDIT: Probably My biggest Hype of the following months til it's release

Just had a small conversation about this game with my Korean friend. He said it was retarded and hated it because of the North Koreans making peace with the south. Lol Butt hurt much?
Still the story would be more convincing if North Korea FORCED a Treaty by kicking their asses afterwords, but lets see how the story works out during it's release.

Homefront has been on my 'To buy' list since the very first trailer they released.
I'm definitly looking forward to it. the multiplayer from what I know is like a mix of Bad Company 2 (gameplay wise) and Medal of Honor (Point system for weapon/vehicle purchase)
