Declined or not, a country as substantial as the US can't be invaded at such a scale without gaining the attention, and most likely the assistance of, a few ally nations.

Last I heard of it was Valve saying that they were looking for ways to get the updates to work on the 360 without exceeding the 360's memory limit. And that was back in 2009. They haven't said a damn thing about it since then.

Hello fellow fakku members. I picked up my copy of Homefront today, and i must say it is a pretty good game. I strongly recommend giving it at least a rental. A quick overview; the control layout plays almost like call of duty, the story line is very griping. There are sceens that just make you immerse yourself into the game and feel the emotion of the characters around you. Like I said give it a try.
