This is going to be a stupid question....or a problem caused by me some where along the process. But I downloaded part 1 and 2, extracted them. Mounted the CCD file. But when I go to execute the install it tells me "Can not copy the file". Now I checked to make sure everything had the proper access and that the files weren't read only and that was all good....So...Anyone know what I'm doing wrong? I know I've had this problem on a few others as well...
do you use alcohol 120% or deamon tools? I highly recommend alcohol...
Used Daemon tools, got the trial version of alcohol 120% mounted it with that and still got the same problem. Does anyone that has gotten it to work use Vista? I doubt that's the problem but might as well ask.

Oh well, Maybe some one else has an idea. Thanks for helping, you at least narrowed it down to the likely cause of the problem.

Are the files you downloaded corrupted? You can use the Test function in winrar to make sure.
Make sure you're in admin account in vista, also disable that UAC thing.

In Windows XP simply right-click on the shortcut -> "Settings" -> "compatibility" -> and check "run in 640x480" -> press OK -> and run the game!
Already follow those way it still broke on the same part. Is there any other things than daemon needed to execute this game?

I have the "compatibility mode" set to "Windows 98/ME", too. Maybe you should try that, too?!

Can you tell me how big is your file as detail possible? as i thought that my file maybe is incomplete.Files for the installation:
Kana -Little Sister-.img - 773.210.592 Bytes
Kana -Little Sister-.sub - 31.559.616 Bytes
Kana -Little Sister-.ccd - 4.033 Bytes
The installation folder is 221.217.876 Bytes.
The KANAUS.exe is 1.698.505 Bytes. This is the crack. The original file size is maybe different.
(The file size on your hard drive is different as these values.)
Mount the installation files with Alcohol 120% and install the game. When its finished overwrite the KANAUS.exe with the crack.

That actually tells me that my files are all there and nothing is wrong with them....Once I figure this out it's going to be one of those "Oh my god, how could I have been so stupid" moments....

So reprogr can you instal the game now?Nope. But my problem is different. Once you mount the .ccd file you should be able to install the game, then you just copy the .exe in the Crack folder into the game folder on you C drive (normally the C drive). me on the other hand, I'm unable to install the game due to some problem withing the 7 circles of Vista Hell that has some setting some where making a file that needs to be copied unable to be copied...
