From what I've seen from now, this VN seems to be pretty nice. And I would probably go through whenever I can.
But, something is bothering me ...
The link between disabilities and personailities. I mean, if you just look at their personalities, it's kinda like every story, with the shy girl, the severe one, the funny one, etc ... So, are their personalities being a consequence of their disabilities, or do the author just attached a disability on a certain type of personality ?
I mean, if it's the first option, it really worth it, but if it's the second ... I don't know, it'll just be an attempt to make a story looks like a new and surprising one although it's juste one among others.
Anyway, I'm just gonna go through and apreciate this VN as I always apreciate any good VN.

I love this game so far. I can't wait till the full version comes out. One simple change in answers will change the whole storyline.

Well I have to say this was enjoyable. I laughed at some points and thought other parts were cute.
Yet the ending for Hanako left something to be desired. ;.;
Can't wait for the full release!

I hear some others are having trouble getting rin to like them which seems wrong to me since I started playing and began gravitating toward shizune immeadiately but as soon as I saw Rin eating with the fork in her left foot and that 'who is this?' look on her adorable face the answers to her path just came naturally to me and I never skipped a word that was even remotely related to her. Rin is love. I actually find i have trouble following all the other story lines except for maybe Hanako as I've always had a thing for her type of shyness. Well thats my take on this wonderful game. hope these guys get this thing done damn soon the tension is gonna do terrible things to my sleep cycle.
Also I like the fact the my character doesn't just jockey the viewpoint and actually appears in some of the scenes it was a real nice touch plus all those scenes felt natural to veiw my character in rather than just tacked on. I feel this team of people could go on to make great visual novels and I would pay for them.

I do find it really hard to read VNs for that long in one go. I can read books for hours on end but, even in KS, the quality of writing in VNs is far below that of even an average book. There's also something about the really rambling first-person style that puts me off; you would never find that in any halfway decent book and yet it seems to be all the rage in VNs. It's that style that pretty much killed my enjoyment of Tsukihime and F/SN.
As a result, as much as I love the characters and style of KS, I'm still only in the third day of the first playthrough, just after meeting Rin for the first time. Hisao is less annoying than the usual VN main character, although he still has the requisite frail body, slightly emo cynicism and geeky interests.
4LS said that they were just sticking to the clichés of the genre for their first work, before moving onto something more diverse for their consequent projects (if they choose to do any more). In that case, I'd love to see them create a main character that isn't firmly in the tradition of every other VN protagonist and also to maybe give a bit more interactivity to things.
It'd be nice to be given more choices that maybe don't change the ending but just make you feel like you're having some control rather than just reading 5 drafts of the same story. That's not a criticism of them; they seem perfectly aware of the creaky old stereotypes and clichés and are just choosing to use them in their first project so they have a secure bedrock to build their VN on.
