wow this was a really fun game! The wait is going to kill me though... They went into so much detail with Building the girls characters, i did not want to stop playing it lmao! Really thanks so much for posting this up, i would have never found this!

Anyway, check out this awesome visual novel. When I first loaded it up, I went from start to finish in one sitting. From there I went through each girls arcs because I couldn't get enough of the game. I feel like a bit of a loser for having 100% completion on a demo but I really couldn't stop. Now I just gotta wait for the full release...
Then i'm a loser too. I did the same thing, throwing a whole weekend at it. It's an awesome game and I really can't wait for the full version :D
And honestly, I could care less about whether or not it has hentai scenes in it, the story and characters are enough of a selling point for me.

Yeah, that is the one bad ending. You have a certain amount of time to decide which girl you want to try and pursue a relationship with. If you try to go after all of them, or if you simply fail to make a good impression with any of them, you get an ending where you die. You need to pick a girl and start making friends with her so you go into her story arc. The other interesting thing is if you notice, all the girls are in pairs. For example, Lilliy and Hanako are friends. You have to actually be friendly towards *both* of them to make progress, although you have to focus most of your attention on the one you are actually trying to have a relationship with.

I agree, I didn't find out that there would be H-scenes until afterwards. I will say though that they me excited about the final release, but I could do without them and be happy.

I am interested to see how the H-scenes in the final version play out. Will it be "normal sex", just with a girl with a disability? Or will the sex scenes call attention to their disability? For example, Hanako may try and hide her face, even ask you to do her from behind so you can't see her face as she is having sex with you. Rin may do the previously mentioned extra special foot job. Emi may need to take off her prosthetic legs, leaving her feeling "more naked" than an ordinary girl would be. All in all I an very interested in seeing how the final version turns out.

Question, though. I'm new to this whole visual novel deal, so how do you get the proverbial different endings on the demo? I played it through and ended up spending the festival with Emi and Rin, which is fine as Emi's pillow-huggingly adorable. However there can't have been much more than 3, maybe 4 choices along the way, and none of them seemed clearly angled towards one girl or another. Am I missing something here? I'm pretty sure I finished the demo as it ejected me to the main menu and the credits rolled and what have you. It's just that there really doesn't seem to be an obvious way to pick and choose.
I wanted to find out what was wrong with Misha. :(

Basically depending on what choices you make it can open up a whole new story and choices that way. So in the beginning most of the choices are the same, but once you start towards one girl's route, the choices change and you open up new scenes, etc.

On the the actual Visual Novel though. I'm surprised that they have these fan-made strips out already... I don't know when they actually released Katawa Shoujo, but it's seems to be picking up quite the fanbase.
Anyway~
I'm still kinda perplexed on how to get into Hanako's and Lily's route (More importantly Lily). Any hints you guys could provide me with?

i find hanako's and lilly's route the easyest and most suiting for a person like me ;) and there are very few fanbase things like this 4koma stuff of kitawa shoujo, and i think there working on the project around 3+ years now, well what i heard that is, but geting close to lilly u should avoid emi misha and shizune, be open and nice around hanako and lilly and will eventuely branch of to wich one u want, save allot don't get the path u like reload and try a difrent one etc.And now i finished the game not long ago got the 100% and the end picture the lack of an arch for misha disturbes me cause i hate shizune for some reason.
