True, her late game can be scary, but I don't think she needed a re-work. She works fine as a carry/support.

I don't really see how LoL is popular imo.
The game reminds me mostly of Warcraft 3 due to the UI looks.

Well if you're tanking it probably is. If not... 250 is a lot of mr and armor. You probably don't want to spend that much gold on it
