Thing is, people tnd to follow FotM and not play Champions for themselves.

Lucian was never "thrash", just like Shyvana as a recent example. However, after Riot making some QoL changes and, in some cases, improvements, the Champions improved a lot, but no one noticed it. Then, at some point, a Pro-Player plays the Champion "for the lulz" and finds out is "op" and everyone starts using it.

Lucian is good because is a very stron lane-bully and has a strong early and scales well into mid and late game. However, strong duelers like Draven or Vayne can be Lucian's bane. Jinx is the only exception to that rule because she has good long range harrash and some other neat things. There you go, "Top ADCs" in 4 lines. xD

I'm glad Riot finally took action on the third deadline.

They should have known better than to push their luck like that. I mean, my god, I can maybe understand not being ready for the first deadline. Though if you want to be taken seriously as a business why would you miss the first deadline?

But if you were given a second deadline as a sign of good faith why would you proceed to take advantage of it and not get shit done?

I understand they changed the rules when the third deadline was given to them. But then again, this WAS A THIRD FUCKING DEADLINE!

You don't even deserve a second deadline so why would you compare about things being unfair involving a third one?

Any person with even just a little bit of insight would have seen the rule change coming for specifically this situation. Why push it?

Aicardi deserves to lose his team's spot in the LCS for his severe lack of professionalism.

His behavior in this situation is nothing but insulting.

Based on what Deficio says then there shouldn't have been such a drop of the ball from LD anyways.

Basically it boils down to this.

LD's owner got greedy about trying to sell their spot. Got burned for the greed and now is whining like a little bitch when it's essentially all his fault.

If I was a esport pro I would avoid any connection with LD from now on.

Going off the current "meta" and not any personal opinion the strong tops are mundo, shyv, olaf, renekton, nasus. Strong junglers minus some from top lane are eve, lee sin. Mid lane is riven, syndra, ziggs, kass, gragas. Adc are jinx, lucian, draven, siver. Supports are thresh, leona. Am I missing any one?

Taric support.

Not really. Taric is not a bad pick, but is more situational than Leona and Thresh, being those two much better picks due to their better ways of engagement of disengage. Leona and Thresh both have AoE (dis)engages, which Taric doesn't, making them more useful for teams.

Taric is still good, but it is no longer top support and he will still go down after Sunfire / Spirit Visage changes.

That doesn't make Taric a weak pick, though, because they were just stating strong picks. Taric is still one of the best solo queue supports in lower elo (probably all tiers minus Diamond).

Also, as a side note since I have not posted in this thread yet, my summoner name is Penguin Demon on the NA servers.

NIP got disqualified from the tiebreaker for not fielding enough players in time.

Apparently two of their players didn't have the program they use for the tournaments fully patched and ready to play.

I've not once posted in this thread before. My Summoner Name is Dongblaster on NA.

I'm trying to main another Top Laning tank. I use Trynd top and I'm starting to get back into using Garen.

Either Wukong, Darius, Rumble, or Garen are what I'm looking at, any suggestions?

Nasus would fit well. I assume you farm/Split Push a lot with Garen/Trynd, so you wouldn't have to change your play style.

Another few decent tanky tops are Aatrox (build tank for diving, his passive is great for that and he has a lot of innate damage), Malphite, Olaf, and Dr. Mundo (good in top or jungle, easy to farm with)

Ugh. It's so hard to get malz's q to land.

Though his ult is especially useful against aram champs like fiddlesticks who like to ult in and then zhonyas. They can't zhonyas when they're ulted. Lawl.

Only problem with that is any kind of hard cc stops the ult, and if fiddle ults in, you are probably in range of HIS ult while ulting, thus taking massive damage in the process, and if he utilizes the side bushes properly, can get the jump on you and fear you before you can ult him, and can then just drain you, and since malz is so squishy will probably be dead.

They're team was all ap, so I had abyssal, athene's, and rylais for some tankiness.

Dr. Mundo is OPOP

4.1 patch notes coming out.

They don't seem to be changing Yasuo too much. Think it might be that he has such a high skill floor for a lot of what he does.

They're finally nerfing Riven a little bit. Will have to see how she is in lane as an opponent. It should at least be easier to trade out with her.

it's easier to trade, because of the nerfed shield time, but it's not really a nerf, more of a change to her, since the bonus damage is based on total AD instead of bonus AD now.

It will mean that she won't have instant lane dominance. And it'll also mean that she won't be "LAWL SHIELD!" at all times while building only ad all game.

Basically, it means she'll actually have to utilize defensive items if she wants survivability in the late game and can't just get away with full on damage anymore.

edit: Oh and now Annie's ult at level 3 with 40% cdr is a 48 second cooldown. Tibbers last for 45 seconds.

You now have a new pet to follow you around in the late game.
