The first being Twitch... and I tell you, even bots know that. Last time when I tried him against bots, the whole team was god damn tower diving me with under 100 hp and being lower level just to try and kill me. The aggro he pulls is amazing

You should take molten shield at level 4 or 5.

You need the shield so you can get your stun up more frequently. I usually max Disintegrate over Incinerate, cause it has a lower cool down than Incinerate.

It also has much, much less damage and no AoE
The argument for getting E just for the passive has some substance. But getting Q over W? Thats just....sub 500 elo advice.

The +10 armor/mr doesn't do anything at that point, yes it helps the passive, but it has a 20 sec + cd where you can just use your W with a much less CD and you'll have the back up damage you need.

If you don't know, Annie's E has DOUBLE the cool down compared to her Q. If you do the math, her Q actually does MORE damage compared to her E to a single target in the same amount of time. This is much better in the early game cause team fights usually don't occur in the early game, thus making her E much less useful.
Her Q is also a free last hit, helping her incredibly mana hungry early game.
I'm 1300 elo, so meh.

By level 6-7 their jungler should have ganked multiple times and will continue.
Some champs will probably start roaming, ect. Point is you will be up against more than just one champ, when you go Tibbers > W that should be most of your damage, and Q is just to clean up whichever champ has the least hp. Your Q doesn't even need to be passed level 1 for it to be an incredibly efficient farming tool.

Annie should level Q over W because it's more mana efficient and has a lower cooldown.
Not only does it cost a lot less, it also makes your creep killing easier and returns the mana you spent, which in turn also makes it easier for you to execute your whole combo once you have it since you'll have the mana for it. On the other hand, a few shots of W and you're typing oom...
Also, in a solo lane(mid) you should prioritize W over E on level 4 simply because you don't need to worry about setting up a stun as much as in a duo lane. You can take your time and farm some creeps with your Q. The added damage from lvl2 Incinerate when you drop Tibbers really helps you out. You can take Molten Shield at lvl 8 or even later, when you already maxed Disintegrate, but that depends on how the game is progressing. If a turret is already down or when you feel like there are lots of small fights going on when you're 8 you're probably better off taking a level in E, else just level W again.

You don't spam W though. I have never had mana problems with Annie during the laning phase. Anyone who does is just bad. And again, for farming all you need is level 1-2 Q. If you need to max out your Q for good farming...learn to last hit.

The point is not in (not) being able to spam W. It's in being able to spam at all. If you can last hit minions with Annie's unimproved AD damage well, then skill has nothing to do with it. Q has bigger range, is not a skillshot, costs less mana, does only a little bit less damage at max level and at higher levels, you can spam it for stun stacks without having to worry about only hitting creeps with very low life or running low on mana.
The point is, it has a shorter cooldown, it's easy cs and free stacks if you use it on creeps, it costs less mana if you use it for harass(which is a damn important thing to do) and it's easier to hit with, it's a guarranteed stun if you have it up and you take at least one level of W anyway so you don't have to worry about not being able to stun multiple people if you need to(and you have 2 aoe spells anyway once you hit 6)
The only real benefit W has over Q is that it deals more damage in one use and it can hit more people. The higher damage doesn't even matter as much since you should be harassing with your Q and auto attacks a lot, which means Q has actually dealt more damage that the harder to hit W, and you don't often get to hit more than one person with a spell on mid.
All a matter of preference... whatever floats your boat. If you like playing her by maxing W first be my guest and keep doing it. It's not like I'm just saying things though... I used to main her before the so called "buff"(she got nerfed too god damn it) and for some time after it, so I tried out various ways of leveling her skills myself

Last I recall, most pros max the shield first. Annie doesn't do enough damage in trades and is squishy.

I just bought Skarner. I like him. Even though everyone could steal your kills easily. =/

Care to laugh at me and give me new advices Mr.Neo? =)

I loosely skimmed through this.
>Q's range is better than W
They have the same range...
> I used to main her before the so called "buff"(she got nerfed too god damn it)
I've mained her since the beta, i own all of her skins and i have a 1800 elo who often compliments on my Annie play (calls me shit if i use anyone else) and agrees in the skill order. Also i don't know what nerf you are talking about, i have a bad memory but the last time they changed her they BUFFED her by alot.
And stop bringing up the "Easy CS"
Because its the same amount of "easy" or "hard" between level 1-4,just the difference is damage, and if you're half decent at last hitting it shouldn't matter.
I am becoming incredibly frustrated with the point of what is considered common sense on a good Annie, you are trying to argue against and give out bad advice.
Annie's joke about "pentapentapenta" is because she has such insane AoE damage/Stuns.
If you max Q over W you are taking that away untill levels 12+

I'm not neo, and i don't play or own skarner but I would say:
tabi/merc > wriggles > sheen > wits end > sunfire > gunblade > trinty
could sell wriggles and sunfire for atmogs but idk. this is all one big ol guess from his play style and the good skarners ive seen

I don't play Skarner either, but I recommend going jungler with him and going hybrid. You should finish jungle as the offtank/diver. I get the feeling you didn't have a tank that game.

...Most other AP casters can trade off with Annie's Q and come out on top. If you get caught by her stun, then you're doing it wrong.
Edit: Hmmm, nevermind, I guess I heard wrong. Sorry. But while clarifying it, I learned that no one plays Annie anymore as well...

Makes sense, considering she has the most skins out of any champ.
